Not everyone is great with home improvement projects, as evidenced in this video. Check out what just may be the worst garage door installation, ever. Sure, the garage now has a power door, but the lengths the installer has gone to seem a bit absurd.

I think it’s more of someone’s idea for a joke.
No one is that stupid and home running across the property, along a fence, with 4 or 5 splices into a light socket, controlled by a switch is funny as hell.
Any moron would see it for how unreliable it is and the fire hazard.

Aw heck, that is "up to code" in Mexico.
The one time I stayed at a place in Manzanillo, the wiring that was visible (most of it was) was insane. And that was a "resort".
Can only imagine what people had in their houses.
