Tonight for some strange reason ads began popping up in the upper right corner of the main index page. Anyone else experiencing this?

Yes, I just got an ad for “Mother Jones.” On Free Republic? Really weird.

Are you on a PC or Mac? If on a PC, you should probably run:
malwarebytes
adaware
spybot
Get those sites on a secure site, like http://download.cnet.com/ ...
I run those apps on my wife’s PC, and it typically finds all the nastiness ...

All I get is “LOOSE LIPS SINK SHIPS” in red
Always assumed that was just directed at me, or is that on everybody?
Probably just me, mind you sometimes I see it when I have not even said anything? So I guess I am being watched LOL I can take it, but I dont see any commercials

Those are just NSA-bots that are snooping on your activity.
They search the internet for certain keywords, and then home in to each hit. They copy your activity by keystrokes and store it on NSA servers in case it’s needed in the future.
Just kidding, maybe.
