This kitten is evidently not a fan of strangers in the house, and she knows a few kung fu moves to put some fear into the... ceramic cat. Although it's unlikely the ceramic cat will fight back, it doesn't stop this brave kitten from putting on a fight.

This is play behavior.

The giveaway is the rolling on the back displaying the tummy.

Whether the kitten expects the ceramic cat to play in return is debatable; personally, I doubt it.
