The OC Weekly has reported that a woman who was under arrest was taken for late term abortion at the Family Planning Associates Medical Group (FPA) abortion clinic in Long Beach.
Following her visit to FPA for the 20 week abortion the prisoner suffered an incomplete abortion and had to be hospitalized. The botched procedure was performed in 2012 but is only coming to light after the Orange County District Attorney’s Office published their investigative report on the death of the fetus.
From the story:
On March 13, 2012, Huntington Beach police arrested a woman identified in the report as “Lauren” for possession of a controlled substance. Because of a parole hold, authorities booked her into the Orange County Sheriff’s Department (OCSD) Women’s Main Jail. Lauren told staff there that she was 16 weeks pregnant and that both she and her boyfriend had agreed on aborting it when the relationship fizzled.
Having been unable to do so before she landed in custody, Lauren requested an abortion in mid-March. By the time the process began on April 4, 2012, at the Family Planning Associates Medical Group in Long Beach, an ultrasound determined her to be 20 weeks pregnant, requiring a three-day abortion. On April 11, Lauren returned to jail after the process began.
Around 1 a.m. the next day, Lauren complained of cramping; she sat on the can, believing she needed to relieve herself, when her pushing caused the unresponsive fetus to drop into the toilet while still attached via its umbilical cord. Authorities transferred Lauren and “Fetus M.” to Saint Joseph Hospital in Orange. Doctors concluded Lauren suffered an incomplete abortion and that the fetus was stillborn.
Everything about the procedure complied with the Reproductive Privacy Act and federal law. OCDA investigators saw no reason to file charges against anyone involved.

Sadly, the abortion was ruled legal and in addition to the taxpayers funding the abortion and subsequent medical cost the baby’s death will not be prosecuted.

FPA or Family Planning Associates has a history of botched abortions.

Family Planning Associates Medical Group calls themselves, “one of the most trusted abortion care providers in the nation.” Wow – with this record, makes you wonder what the rest of the abortion industry is really like?

But, according to local pro-lifers this young lady who believed that soothing ad was removed on a stretcher at Family Planning Associates Medical Group 2777 Long Beach Boulevard where they do abortions all the way up to the ninth month of pregnancy:

Pro-life sidewalk counselor, Terri Palmquist, who was at the clinic reports that Vernon Wagner the abortionist for Family Planning Associates in Bakersfield, CA. has “botched” at least three abortions in five months:

Terry Palmquist a pro-lifer, who counsels outside the clinic posted this comment on her Facebook page: “Minutes ago a Hispanic woman being transported from abortion chamber…pray for her, repentance and healing!”
Terry also posted this:
“Police on way to FPA abortion chamber…As abortionist was leaving, I said, “so did you botch another abortion along with killing all these babies?” He started swearing and screaming at me as he quickly approached me, “You don’t know what the ….. you are talking about, b……!”
I replied, “I know you are killing babies and have botched abortions!” [Vernon] Wagner, still approaching me as I stayed on the public sidewalk yells, get the f… out of my face!” He jumps down from parking lot and I thought he was coming to punch me, but he went to our crosses and started pitching them in the street! All the while screaming swear words!”
That was not the first time a woman at the abortion clinic was at risk. In August of 2012, LifeSavers Ministries witnessed another ambulance arriving, here is their account:
An ambulance arrived Monday morning at the FPA abortion center in Bakersfield, as abortionist Vernon Wagner continued aborting babies inside. After a few minutes, the door to the abortion room opened, and a young black woman was taken out on a stretcher. The ambulance transported the woman to the Kern Medical Center emergency room. No further information about the woman’s condition is available at this time.
The presence of the ambulance was a somber reminder of the dangers of “legal” abortion to women. Just a few weeks ago, Tonya Reaves bled to death after her baby was aborted in a Chicago Planned Parenthood.
According to 40daysfor life: Wagner is not only responsible for the deaths of thousands of babies; he has also been sued for the death of Tami Suematsu. Her family accused Wagner of gross negligence for finishing his other abortions while she lay dying. Life Dynamics describes her death this way: Tami, who had a history of asthma, underwent an abortion at Riverside Family Planning Center on August 19, 1988 in Riverside, California. After the surgery, she went into an asthma attack that led to respiratory failure, which resulted in cardiac arrest. She was transported to a local hospital and died shortly after arriving. She was 19 years old. (Riverside County (CA) Death Certificate No. 38833005990; Riverside County (CA) Autopsy File No. 64442; State of California Certificate of Death # 149559)
According to RealChoice Blog, Family Planning Assoc, the abortion clinic chain mentioned above has played a role in the deaths of Denise Holmes,Mary Pena, Josefina Garcia, Lanice Dorsey, Joyce Ortenzio, Tami Suematsu, Christina Mora, Susan Levy,Patricia Chacon, Kimberly Neil, and Deanna Bell. FPA is a member of the National Abortion Federation, an organization that ostensibly ensures that abortions are done safely.

An attorney for the family told the press that the abortion clinic gave TaTanisha too much anesthesia, that clinic staff was not present when she began to vomit, and that the abortion clinic delayed calling 911 for approx. 25 critical minutes. Her parents accused the abortionist of racism in their daughter’s death.
TaTanisha is one of many women who believed the lie that legal abortion made a “safe” abortion.

the word must go out about Margaret Sanger advocating eugenics and the real reasons for this horrific practice!
And publicize the ones following in Sanger’s footsteps... name em and shame em!
Actually after reading that, my hat’s off to those who actually have to deal with all this societal wreckage. Could I do an autopsy on a stillborn fetus found in a prison toilet? Probably not. But people have to do it.
I thought the pro-baby killers said they support abortion being "safe?"
