They need to control the south and the north.
No more smuggling from Sinai into Gaza.
And they need to set a price for any future missile launches from Gaza.
-Gaza needs to pay the cost of the Iron Dome missile if one is needed to intercept. (funds pulled from the taxes Israel collects and then remits to gaza)
-A few days without power.
-All crossings closed for a few days.
-Shutdown of Internet access to Gaza for a few days.
These are very minimal costs but at least they would know that a missile will cost them.
