An 11-year-old North Carolina boy retaliated against his grandfather, fatally shooting the 84-year-old after the grandfather shot the boy's father, The Daily Dispatch reports.
Lloyd Woodlief died after he was wounded with a shotgun by the boy. Woodlief's son and the boy's father, Lloyd Peyton Woodlief, 49, is expected to recover from his injuries. But his son now faces juvenile charges, the newspaper reported.

The only thing I can think of is maybe the boy went and got the shot gun after his Dad was shot and then shot his Grandpa. Still I would not charge him.
