Pure Speculation about Hillary:

Posted on 06/24/2014 2:45:57 PM PDT by Vinylly

Suppose Hitlery runs for president. It is rumored she has a heart condition. Because of all the excitement, on the day before the election she has a heart attack. What would happen if (a) it is fatal. (b) she survives but she can not speak and is paralyzed. How would this influence the election? Would elections be delayed so the d'RAT's could find a new candidate? What would happen if she still win even though she is either dead or incapacitated?

Never let a good crisis go to waste.

B. Hussein would graciously volunteer to stay on as Dear Leader.

The rats would literally put hooks and strings in her and just puppeteer her in a macabre charade. These people love power.

This is part of the reason we have an electoral college. The electors would pick the president. If electors pledged to HRC were in the majority, you’d see wheeling and dealing like never before, with the VP candidate having the inside track. Who knows? We might see Jimmy Carter making a comeback.

Hitlery is more likely to say she is running, raise as much money as she can, and then drop out and keep as much of the cash as she possibly can.

She has no heart. If anything, her brain will explode due to heavy drinking and too many lies to keep up with. Once you’re over 60, the memory goes and the lies become tough to remember. Of course, she’s a sociopath, so she may be far more clever than I give her credit for. And the low-information voters are far less clever...

I have been saying for quite some time that the campaign trail will kill her. She is VERY frail (moreso than people think).

The only problem with that is we might end up with fauxahontus.

Most of your scenarios are covered by section 3 of the Twentieth Amendment.

"Would elections be delayed so the d'RAT's could find a new candidate?"

Heck no. Democrats have elected dead candidates before. Historically, sympathetic voters overwhelmingly support their spouse taking over ...HELLO BUBBA!

We have to hope for the same thing to happen to Vice President Princess Liawatha.

I would assume, if the Donk ticket were to win the election, the Donk electors would get together and agree on a replacement — probably, but not necessarily, the VP. If the Donk ticket loses, then tough cookies, no whining about having run a stiff. If she wins and survives past the Electoral College (mid December), then the VP takes over.

There's a further wrinkle: When the new Congress convenes after the new year, they have a little ceremony to count the electoral votes and make it official. If that were to blow up, then it would be up to the House to choose the new president.

Conceivably, were the event to happen a few days before the election, Congress could pass a law postponing election day a month or something. I'd be voting nay if I were there.

In a horserace, the race would go on as if the dropped-dead horse never entered. But in elections, it’s likely the VP candidate would become the P candidate.

In Liberal bizarro world, it is to Liberals’ benefit for a frail Hillary to run - and fall. The whisper to be watched carefully is who the Dems are being pushed to favor as Hillary’s VP candidate, and, who the Dems are pushed to favor as potential Speaker of the House. If both are Flaming Liberal Obama=ites: rabid, anti-capitalist, pro-UN dems, with strong divisive and punative overtones, it will be a clear indicator of the dangerous game the Liberals are willing to take both with the Dem base and with Hillary’s life.

If Hillary runs, this will probably the most important election America ever had and Republicans need to act accordingly. Not only because of Hillary’s easily influenced state, but because of those who will be positioned behind her. For Bill, it’s time to weigh the value of his wife to him, over his obsession with a second chance at the White House.

I believe that Hillary has real mental capacity issues at this point. The fall that incapacitated her and prevented her from testifying on Benghazi, has probably most likely left her with periods of blackouts where she is unable to remember who she is or to communicate effectively.

The most likely scenario is that the day of the election, Hillary will wake up in the rescue mission where she stays and not be able to remember that she is a candidate for president of the United States...

You’re assuming Hilldawg is going to get the nod, I was once like you, then I saw the pitiful warmup acts of her 2016 campaign and her plummeting book sales, she couldn’t even hit number 1 on Amazon with all the positive press she got. This may sound bold, but In my opinion, she won’t run or she’ll get knocked out of the primaries - I don’t think we have to worry about your scenario.

Hillary is valuable to Bill ONLY as a presidential candidate. If She cannot run, or loses, that marriage would become very interesting.
As will the Obama marriage in about two years.
