A few years of “working” at that Hedge Fund company probably made her set for life already. She’s also on the board of the Clinton Foundation, so she probably makes several million per year with that symbolic gig.

‘I was curious if I could care about (money) on some fundamental level, and I couldn’t,’

and we thought the Clintons were broke when they left the White House.

Seems she might’ve felt the pinch then, but...evidently not.

“Money, which represents the prose of life, and which is hardly spoken of in parlors without an apology, is, in its effects and laws, as beautiful as roses.” ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson

Gee. He was so non-materialisitic. No wonder the left adore him.

LOL

“Intellectually, I loved my job, but I didn’t get any meaning from it” – Chelsea Clinton on why she left a career on Wall Street. I wonder if that’s because she realized that the only “meaning” for her job to begin with was so that the firm’s rich clients could be introduced to “the President’s daughter”… (Bloomberg)

Didn’t she put out some story that on 9-11 she was jogging near Battery Park pondering the Bush tax cuts or some nonsense like that, and then it was discovered she was no where near there at that time?

Just little old country folks from Arkansas.

God, how I despise these people and the people who love them.

“and opted for working with her family’s philanthropic foundation.”

So how much is her salary there? And wasnt NBC paying her 600 thousand a year for doing nothing?

She says ‘money’ the way a normal person would say ‘sports’ or ‘apples.’

Money is something she doesn’t have to care about for all her needs and most of her wants have always and will always be met.

It’s so easy to not care about money when you have an unlimited supply of someone else’s money to spend.

At least she is staying out of politics...for now.

If I had people throwing money at me like they throw it at Chelsea and her fiscally struggling parents, I wouldn’t care about money either. Let the ugly little snot work for $60,000 a year, while making house payments, paying for her health insurance, paying the electric bill, property taxes, making car payments, insurance payments, paying for groceries..., and see if she starts caring about money.
