Interesting. Green chili, as in the combination dish with onions and spices (maybe as a sauce instead of the red stuff?), or slices of green chili peppers?

Green Chile and pepperoni was one of our favorites at Village Pizza in Corrales.

I saw one of those "Top Zagat rated Pizzas of the 50 states" slideshows recently... and NM's pizza was from Albuquerque:

Of course, NM green is well known... I had green sauce once, in Hobbs... with Chileques and eggs for breakfast... Pain. Pure pain.... but oh so good. I was dreadfully disappointed to see the NJ pick was some awful cheesesteak and steakfries monstrosity... It should have been DeLorenzo's in Trenton... a Zagat rated small family pizza parlor in the family home... they have a clam pie that is a bit different... but their regular pies are just... amazing.
