I was basically talking about basketball players leaving early for the draft. Very few did this until the 80s. And freshmen definitely could not enter the draft. The gangbangers took over the league league about 10 years ago. Even Rodman when he first started playing for Detroit was not plastered in tattoos. Now you’ll he hardpressed to find a black player or white player that not covered in them, and of course the majority of the black players shave their head.
