Laws in New York and Chicago making electronic cigarettes subject to the same regulations as tobacco are taking effect, and their sellers and users are steadfast in their opposition.
The New York banalong with the measure in Chicago, one that previously went into effect in Los Angeles and federal regulations proposed last weekare keeping debate smoldering among public health officials, the e-cigarette industry and users.

So its the thought of smoking the health weenies are against.
Unless its pot.
I guess the second-hand smoke Nazis weren’t really about second-hand smoke...
Another freedom lost...!
Not as many taxes to collect from e-cigs
Gotta keep people hooked on tobacco so the local governments can fund their favorite liberal programs.
The cigarette black market keeps their potential tax revenue as low as possible anyway.
The next ban will be a strict prohibition against putting anything cylindrical in your mouth.
Unless it’s a penis and you are a man, of course.

Take it up with your Overlords, sissy-pants!
Bwhahahahahahah
Filtered pole smoking in aisle two ONLY approved by the FERAL Government

As did we - it's always about control.
And how blatant is their admission now that it has nothing to do with the smoke. It’s the GATEWAY that matters to them suddenly, though they would all ritualistically laugh at the concept of a “gateway drug”. But gateway smoking device... That we’re supposed to take seriously ... And the media, of course, totally misses the irony.
“BECAUSE WE SAY SO, PEASANT!”
It took me a looooong time to quit smoking and E-cigs are the only thing that worked for me.
