Was this man killed by cops because he camped in the wrong spot?

Questions abound after the Albuquerque Police Department released video footage of cops shooting and killing a homeless man whose alleged crime was camping in an unauthorized area.

Police came upon Boyd while he was sleeping outside in the Sandia Foothills. Camping is not allowed in the area.

He was instructed to accompany police down the mountain and seemed to agree to the demand.

That’s when cops shot a flash grenade at him and sicked a dog on him. Boyd turned away, and was holding a knife, according to police reports. He was then shot.

“Please don’t hurt me anymore,” he said after he was struck and knocked to the ground. “I can’t move.”

Though bleeding and begging for his life, he was then handcuffed.

Eden said police were justified in shooting Boyd, however, because he made a threatening movement and had been arrested previously on violent charges.

Cops shot first, even when they had beanbag gun ready. How do we know? Because they shot the dying man man three times with it as he lay bleeding out ion the ground. Then they loosed a dog on him so he could also suffer the indignity of being mauled as he died. Earlier in the day this same man had put a knife to his own throat, presumably because he was homeless and helpless, merely trying to exist without harassment in his miserable condition. He was shot, murdered actually, because he was poor desert decor and an eyesore to those living nearby. Cops have gone of the rails lately and homeless wretches have every reason to fear being arrested to the point of fighting back when approached by gear queers hellbent on being judge, jury, and executioner.

Given the stories out of NM of late, they must have been frustrated they couldn’t sodomize anyone for 12 hours for clenching their butt...

the hobo was brandishing knives.

Yet a spray of Bear Spray would have totally incapacitated him with NO death resultant. But bear spray would not give the LEO bragging rights around the donuts....

Why, why, why do those a$$holes have to kill people all the time? What in the world is going on with the gang in blue these days? I know we ask rhetorically all the time but when in God’s name are we going to start speaking out and demand they be held accountable for killing people? I don’t care if the guy HAD a knife in his hand. I don’t care if some other guy pulled out his wallet and they thought it was a gun, I don’t care if someone is fighting arrest there is no reason for them to kill the person dead! There are non-lethal ways of dealing with people and they should have been trained and able to do so.

Thank you for printing that. Here’s the whole story of this man. He has been arrested many times, through the years, for attacking people he disagreed with in the past. This was just the last straw that he had pulled. There was no way that this man was ever going to behave himself in a better manner.

The Seattle police are in trouble with the feds for being too rough, oh and they did one homeless man too.

Pretty sure the police chief stepped down and they have a new one. They are under a pretty large microscope lens currently.

Ok then. Let's just get all the behavior problem people out of the way now. Line them up and use them for target practise. Since we know they will never behave better.

We can add some stray dogs who have issues as well.

There certainly seem to be a lot of these shootings.

However, to say there are more than in the past requires data.

I haven’t been able to find any historical data on number or rates of shootings.

If anybody knows where they are available, I’m interested.

I am not homeless and I fear coming in contact with them. You never know when they will start shooting. As I have posted before, if you enjoy celebrating your birthdays give them a very wide berth.

Those that are being recruited at this point in time and for a number of years in the past, and the only ones now accepted, have latent serial killer tendencies. Their one and only talent is following orders and abusing those under their authority.

If you have been following the news, each time the officer says the magic words, " I thought he/she was reaching for/ had a gun and I feared for my life." It is ruled a good shoot, even if the officer walks up behind his/her victim and places his weapon behind the victim's head and then pulls the trigger.

Really? A flashbang? Release the Sturmehund on him and shoot him all in 2 seconds... as he was gathering up his things and leaving.

Armed citizens need to have a zero tolerance policy... if law enforcement is about to try and kill you, you have a right to defend yourself using whatever reasonable manner available... including flashbangs, dogs, full auto assault weapons, drones with hellfires and whatever else the JBTs have been provided via taxation/theft under color of law.

[ I swear the cops in Abq. kill someone every other day. ]

NM cops seem to love shoving gloves up women’s Vaginas and shoving pieces of lead into everyone else’s body....
