Quinn and Rose are off the air, (temporarily, I hope!) Gone, but DEFINITELY not forgotten! Want to sleep, but have clothes in the dryer! I was just reading up on Bob Guzzardi. He’s challenging our Governor - Tom Corbett - for the job. He’s trying to get enough names to get on the ballot. I’m disappointed in Corbett, that’s for sure.

Yep.. a real Governor, not like over in IL where two former governors are in prison.
So is BO headed to Europe? With Russia/Crimea/Ukraine, Syria, Venice wanting to secede from Italy and conservatives making progress in France, this could be interesting.
Oh, and Joe Bastardi continues on a streak...MORE FREAKING COLD WEATHER! Plus if I understand him correctly he is predicting an early, long and BRUTAL Winter!
Spent Friday and most of Saturday babysitting all 5 grand kids. Watched Frozen DOZENS of times. Put a dome tent up in the dining room so they could sleep in a tent for the first time. One grandson decided to start vomiting at 3 AM.

Soon I hope. We need them now more than ever. 3 more years Quinn, then you can retire.Their time in the reeducation camp should be up in a couple of months. I work 3-11 but used to set the alarm for 0600 to listen to them. The guy that replaced them is a talentless joke.
Morning AM! I really like Mike Pence. I watched a video of him speaking at Hillsdale College a couple years ago. He reminded me of George Washington. I would not be upset if he ran for president.
Ugh. Back to work today.

Barack Insane Obama is going to Europe. Maybe, if we’re really really lucky, they’ll keep him. OTOH, they’re not that stupid......
Mr S and I have both been itching to get our greenhouse up but the ground if still frozen. Have to grade the piece of ground where it’s going to go. We are hoping to extend our growing season. If Bastardi is right, then we’ll definitely need a greenhouse!
We are also looking at alternative sources of heating. Thank goodness we had a new high-efficiency furnace installed 3 years ago and the gas bills are definitely lower. The propane heater we bought definitely keeps the chill off but the small propane cans don’t last long (15 lbs). We will have to get a larger propane tank I guess. We’ve been looking at rocket stoves, but they look too dangerous in a house - especially our old shack!
I’ll take my chances with the grandchild! LOL! I’ll bet you enjoyed EVERY MINUTE of those five grandkids!!!

As to heat it looks like no matter what you use it will be Expensive!

BIG Joe has me a tad worried with his Spring/Summer forecast. He reminds me (in a nice way) of every Bloomfield male I knew growing up (older relatives and their sons who are now “THAT” age). Joe, btw, had the Tuesday/Wednesday storm at 40N 70W...just a tad more negative tilt and we could get substantial snow.
Something tells me that a newspaper characture of BOTH Barry and Mooch (really distasteful...there is a FR thread...I’ll go find the link) is a HUGE “LOOK THEIR RASAACIST!!!!!” diversion to whatever DearLeader is going the give up to the UN or EU while he is there. Pooty is probably ready to invade the Aluetian Islands and Barry and his adoring presstitutes will dither on about “RAAAAACISM.”

Holy moley! As much as I dislike the guy and his wife, I don’t think that’s very nice! Of course, our own press constantly depicted George W as ‘chimpy’. Everybody tends to forget that.
