Just playing devil’s advocate. If an unborn child is not a living entity until it’s born, how can this be murder? There have been cases where a pregnant woman is murdered and the killer is charged with double homicide. Either it is or it isn’t. Sorry if this is a weak argument.

The DA will twist and contort to make clear that this guy did not kill a baby. Otherwise, why would it be OK for the woman to do THE SAME THING with no consequence while if he did it, its murder.

I don’t thing it’s a weak argument at all. The drug was invented to kill the baby, It’s it’s promoted and marketed to kill the baby.
How can it be murder if one sex uses it and not another?
If it’s a prescription drug, that makes it illegal, but not og murder...
They offered to let him cop plead guilty to a lesser charge to avoid the “equal protection” problem. Glad he didn’t take it.
