Two of the teens accused of gunning down a promising Australian student in the street 'just for the fun of it' were today charged with first-degree murder and the third as an accessory.
Chris Lane, 22, originally from Melbourne, was jogging in the small town of Duncan in Oklahoma on Friday when he was shot in the back and left to die in the gutter.
James Edwards, 15, and Chancey Luna, 16, are charged as adults with first-degree murder and are being held without bond.
Michael Jones, 17, is charged with use of a vehicle while a weapon was discharged and accessory after the fact of first degree murder. His bond is set at $1million
Jones said in open court today, 'I pulled the trigger', but the judge directed him to remain quiet Chris was in the U.S. on a baseball scholarship and was returning from a visit to his girlfriend when he was senselessly gunned down because the teens were 'bored'.
Duncan Police say it appears the boys were keeping a log of the crimes on their Facebook pages and believe they killed an animal before shooting Chris.
They also think they were planning to kill again just four hours after his murder.
James Edwards tweeted on last Tuesday - just two days before the shooting - that he was 'With my n*****s when it's time to start taken life's [sic].'
His Facebook profile is filled with pictures of him making gang signs, holding guns and wads of cash and he even has a Vimeo of him brandishing a shotgun.

It is NOT the guns; that are the problem. One has only to look at the faces of these perps, to see that. It is not the color. . .it the 'missing piece' that makes them almost, unregcognizable.
When you take the 'humanity' out of 'being human'; what is left; IS frightening.
And do not forget the celebs; including Oprah and even the man - by; of and for, always; himself - Obama.
No question; their response was designed to do 'just this'. Racial strife; division - and death; IS their best day 'Forward'. Reap/Sow. . .and we know exactly; the seeds these people plant.
We know what has taken root in our culture; that now defines us and in the worst of terms. Most critically; we need to remedy. Putting the evil genie back in the bottle IS a challenge. We only need the same patience and determination the Left has shown us, for so many years.
The problem is that the “sowers” of this discord seldom reap the horrors of their handiwork - it ends up being a wonderful athletic young man like this, a guest of the Untied States with a beautiful girl friend who had everything to live for and had not a damned thing to do with the Trayvon Martin case, the “Crips” or “Bloods” or whatever, or the vicious, vacuous, worthless idiots that committed this crime that shames us all. Increasingly, I wonder what the hell many of us have in common with the “news” and “entertainment” media in the USA whose basic function seems to be as provocateurs, stirrers of trouble, and creators of racial and ethnic discord where there need be none; the “media” and their not so hidden agendas are as distant from me, my culture and my views as some aliens from a Star Trek movie.

Exactly! Guns don’t kill people. Feral Blacks kill people. Now the problem lies in how to ban feral Blacks.
Sorry — that was my mistake. I had seen a previous report quoting James Edwards as the one who said that in the courtroom.
As it is; the amoral; irrational Liberal Left appears to be winning. . .but appearances can be deceiving; and am holding to that; 'with hope'; albeit; not without a fading.
(He who controls the 'children' - add to that; the 'language'; controls the future.) We have only to 'take it back'. . .retrieve our language; and by turn; our thinking; and as well; retrieve the education of our children - and 'their' thinking. For starters. . .
And yes; no question, while not immune to the 'eventualities' of their actions; these believers; whose Group Think allows only contempt for the 'authentic' individual; these self-elected; self-absorbed; power-addicted and inauthentic re-creators of our world; in large part; do remain 'removed' from the consequences of their pathological narcissism; so confirmed in their actions and ideology.
Fortunate are those; who live long enough to see 'redress' and a history; correct itself.
