Did you read the post at all? I don’t like to be touched by strangers, either, but I certainly wouldn’t assault someone with Down’s syndrome for hugging me!
It is not about Down’s Syndrome, it is about personal space. I would not hit them, but I would avoid the contact I do not like to be touched by passing strangers.
