I apologize! I thought it was rather obvious that a lesbian had no use for a peter, so why name the dog that?

My post, a true story, is a self-contained witticism. When the reader realizes the lesbian has named her dog Peter and yells to it in public, “Peter, come!”, the reader is supposed to laugh.
If you do not laugh, however, and feel the need to respond to a joke online, one appropriate way to do that is to type “LOL!”
