Cool, I think the key is “layers”. When I figure out that and get a decent rendition, I’ll post it and have you guys look at it. It’s a nice photo we took coming back from the Blues festival at Sun Banks in central Wa.

I like PaintDotNet. It’s a free download that has a lot of capabilities without getting too complicated.Yes, a great editor and doing some minor almost CAD like graphics. and "Infranview" to view them. infranview is a pain to edit in, but has some functionality.
