Been in both Missouri and Arizona today but I have to check in on FrogMom and her gang. We want them to know her friends are thinking of them and praying for them as they meet each day’s challenges.
Some days we can’t post when we would like to but the resolute care is still there being sent out for you all.
We’re pulling for you, kiddo.

Again today we all join in Prayer and support for FrogMom and her family as she has another day of hard work behind her. We ask the Lord’s attention to this hard work and ask that each day, no matter how it seems at the time, add to the scales of recovery for our FRiend.

DURING a readiness exercise, my friend Jim and I, Air Force security policemen, were guarding entry to a bunker-like structure where aircrafts were kept.
When a pilot about to do a preflight check approached without his identification in plain view, Jim asked him for it.
“I don’t see why I have to show you my ID,” the pilot snapped. “After all, it is my plane.”
“Sir, with all due respect, it may be your plane,” replied Jim, “but it’s sitting in my garage!”

Things to Remember During a War
1. The only things more accurate than enemy fire is friendly fire.
2. Try to look unimportant, they may be low on ammo.
3. Teamwork is essential. It gives them more targets to shoot at.
4. No inspection-ready unit ever passed combat.
5. No combat-ready unit ever passed inspection.
6. Remember: your aircraft was made by the lowest bidder.
7. Never draw fire, it will irritate the rest of your formation.
8. Never share a cockpit with someone braver than you.
9. You are not Tom Cruise.
10. SAMs and AAA have the right-of-way.
11. If you aren’t sure, the SAMs are pointed at you.
12. If hit, landing near the people that just shot you down is not a good idea.
13. Close only counts in horseshoes, nukes and proximity-fused missiles.
14. Smart bombs have bad days too.
15. The best defense is to stay out of range.
16. If you are short on everything but enemy, you are in combat.

I have an update straight from the FrogDad.
FrogMom got to go home yesterday! He advised I could update that she is doing well, able to walk short distances (with some dazzling cane assistance for now of course) and begins post hospital physical therapy on Monday to work on her right arm and hand.
She is watching a family member compete in a sporting event on television and “is avoiding the internet news like the plague.”
FrogDad is a real solid fellow and few of us do better than when we are settled at home in the shelter of our family. I have extended our best wishes and prayers I will check back with them as weeks go by.
