FULL TITLE: EXCLUSIVE: Pictures found on cellphone show TWO MORE girls semi-naked and face down in basement where 16-year-old was 'raped by Ohio school football stars'
Shocking images have been found on a cellphone showing two more girls, facedown and partially naked on the floor of the same basement where the Ohio rape of a 16-year-old girl allegedly took place, it can be revealed today.
The photographs were stored on a cellphone belonging to a teammate and friend of the Steubenville case accused, Ma’lik Richmond and Trent Mays – and raise the chilling possibility of two more, as yet unknown, victims.
The images were not taken on the night under investigation and it is not clear whether their subjects were conscious or aware of being photographed.
The friend, a fellow wrestler and footballer, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was present on the night in August when the girl was allegedly raped by the two.
He provided eyewitness testimony at the probable cause hearing last October at which the rape charges were upheld.
MailOnline has seen the 300-page transcript of the hearing in which the full horror of that night in Steubenville is revealed.
The existence of these earlier photographs, retrieved by forensic analysts, emerged only under cross-examination and the witness repeatedly denied all knowledge of them in spite of their presence on his phone.
In a tense courtroom exchange Walter Madison, Richmond’s attorney questioned the witness: ‘There is a photograph here of a woman on the same carpet as the carpet in xxxx’s basement. Do you recall that photo on your phone?’
The witness replied ‘No sir.’ Asked about a second picture the witness claimed, 'I have never seen those pictures in my life.'

deleting photos saves one from being charged? hopefully that changes.
Did they get this photos even though they had been deleted using the phone's delete command?
It may have been deleted off the phone, but nothing gets deleted off the networks.

The girl is lucky she didn’t die from alcohol poisoning.
I am tempted to say ban alcohol from teenagers, but that would only be a smartassed sounding phrase tying in the proposed new gun laws to a rape.Hell I will say it anyway.
How do you stop teens from getting alcohol drugs or anything else they want. It is really no easier than stopping weapons from getting in the hands of criminals.
These boys have ruined their lives with a stupid senseless act ,of course they will try to blame it on the alcohol, but in reality a person who commits an act like this only used the alcohol to excuse an act they wanted to do anyway.
Put them away close down the Football program for two years, and try to straighten out the mess and improve the community.

Deleting it off the phone doesn’t “delete it” from the phone. It just deletes the pointer that tells where it resides on the phone’s storage and frees that space for other uses. If you truly want to DELETE something from your phone, you need to delete it using the phone’s delete command, and then you need to fill up all available space on the phone with other things. Snap 5,000 pictures of the sky or anything else until the phone tells you that it’s out of storage space. That will overwrite the file you thought you deleted.

Or reformat the memory card.
Expect more of the same and worse.
Actually this has been going on forever, at least for decades where I grew up. Go to high school, get a babe who’s hot for you in the first place plastered, then have some fun with her. I can still name guys that just did from when I was in school.
Two differences today: Camera phones and the Internet.
But the hero worship has been around as long as there has been high school football teams. No one talks about it, but maybe get rid of the sports (i.e., make the kids have to study).

When the family of the victim went to file the charges, Jane Hanlin was present. She strongly discouraged them from filing. Hanlin frightened not only the victim, but the parents as well. Telling them that her name was going to be dragged through the mud, she will be in and out of court for well over two years, the press wouldn’t leave any of the family alone once the crime was made public. Scared out of their wits, the parents said they didn’t want that and Hanlin then said not to worry just leave it up to her and the detectives on the case.
One is the son of a prosecuting attorney. It may not be far fetched that they gave the girls something.
I don't know why the prosecuting attorney whose son was involved was allowed to talk to the girl and her parents.
If true, then the prosecutor needs to go to prison for obstruction of justice and threatening witnesses. And everybody in the prosecutor's office who knew about the conflict of interest, and didn't speak up, needs to be fired.

Yes I believe you are partly correct. The other reason is these boys, including Ma’lik, were jocks and they always get a special pass.
Bunny I don’t know how this story got past me but I am keeping a close eye on it. Stuff keeps coming out like a freaking soap opera. The more they try to cover up for those boys the more stuff just comes pouring out.
