If anyone worried that Kathryn Bigelow’s movie about the killing of Osama bin Laden would be a political statement promoting Barack Obama they can relax. Bigelow and Mark Boal have made a very focused and harrowing thriller that centers on the real life female CIA agent who was obsessed with catching and killing bin Laden.
In truth CIA has a group of "targeters", many of them woman who assemble intelligence for raids or drone strikes on high value terrorist leaders
It’s still going to be heavily fictionalized

Is that the National Geographic one? If so, I saw a few minutes of the beginning and obam was seen off tv as very concerned...blah, blah, blah. I turned it off so I wouldn’t puke. Maybe the person who did the review didn’t think it was political, but I certainly did.

After Bengazi a film that suggested Obama was worshipped by SEALS would have risked looking totally idiotic. What if after 10 years the full truth came out showing he didn’t lift one finger to help them? It would be a disaster for the film makers.
Originally it was supposed to air right before the election —obviously they were scared to death and decided to play it safe by totally changing to content and release date.

Having read “No Easy Day” (great book, BTW), I’m interested to see how they twist his reality for the Obamunist hisself.
What I really want to know is why Bigelow clearly had access to inside information and nobody said boo to a goose, but “Mark Owen” was practically hung for treason by the MSM and the other administration flaks for exposing secrets in his book?
