It’s starting to make sense why Betrayus repeated the video lies for
Obama. Zero had leverage over him.

/sarcasm ON

Member of House Committee: Mr. Petraeus, with whom were you having an affair?

Petraeus: I prefer not to answer that question.

Member of House Committee: Mr. Petraeus, okay, how about answering this question: Were you having a homosexual affair with Chris Stevens?

Petraeus: (sigh) Yes.

/sarcasm OFF

Wow...so even if you have critical info - you get out of testifying because you were sleeping around?

How many folks in DC would be let off the hook by that standard?

I thought Congress had the power to subpoena anyone they damn well pleased?

The last of the ninth for Petraeus ended with election results. I never quite reconciled the difference between the actions of some high military officers who left the service and expressed opposition to Obama and his enablers and Petraeus who moved to the CIA. Some of the story must be they had the goods about his infidelity and used it to keep him on board for political show and Petraeus wimped out to try to keep his career. Now he knows what making a deal with the devil(s) can get you. I must admit I have never been a fan of Petraeus early on and less so when he gave Obama respectable publicity. His replacement is bound to be a Jarrett pick.

All I know about him is “I want to be cowboy”. In listening to that I don’t really know if I would consider him presidential material. He’d probably be an interesting person to know.

Congress can call anybody they want to. The question do they want to.
After all why let the murder of 4 Americans interfere with Bonehead and Cantor working out a grand bargain with Obama. Bonehead and Cantor want
To move on.

The Beer hall putsch.

I am going to say this just once. ONCE.

Anyone who believes this reason is a complete idiot. Absolute. And complete.

Petraeus did as he was told to do originally, and spout the video lunacy. Afterwards, he went quiet. For good reason.

The man is a soldier’s soldier.

And I hope he lives past 6 months.

MM, you told me something once about someone. Do you remember? I am telling you now, in this case.

Mega dittos.

Do you have ANY idea of the operators who are now without Petraeus’ protection?

We really are “through the looking glass” at this point.

I want to avoid hyperbole, but I am truly convinced that this administration is totally immune from accountability. The sheeple want it that way, and the media guarantee it. We have reached a point in our history when, from now on, any criticism of this administration is impotent. They can do no wrong, and they are entirely without error.

How does a corpse testify?

You know it's true - once you've killed four, what's one more.

What ever became of the ‘investigation’ of the dude in
Tunisia? The one that Graham got our guys access to.

What the he** is happening to people?! Seems everything
has begun to spin out of control even faster.

Does not COngress have the power of subponea?

Yes. Additionally (at least according to Fox radio news this afternoon), Patraeus has said that he will testify.

Not sure what to make of this report.

The fact is that this administration INSTIGATED THE ATTACK FOR POLITICAL GAIN! Petraeus and Shrillery are only saving their skins, else they'd be "Vince Foster'd". They know it, or they've been told it would happen if they didn't disappear...

Going Galt!

Of course he will testify. But Obama will delay it as long as possible and Petraeus will go along because Obama has him by the shorts.
