Other government employees will enable your behavior, and you certainly won’t be charged or arrested the same way a non-government employee wouldn’t!
It's just that the female school teachers aren't awake at 5 a.m. when the line starts forming...they're still giving the boys in the "gifted program" their final examination.
Can't find a female teacher? First time it's come to my attention that public education is such an estrogen free zone... imagine the male teachers, so overworked, having to fill so many multiple positions...between passing out towels in the girl's shower and testing pubescent posteriors for seismic jiggle, who has time to grade papers?
BTW...is there any evidence Principal Spanky reddened the rears of any unattractive little girls?? Do only pretty girls make his paddle rise to the occaison?
