Supt. Michael Kelley asked the board to change the policy to allow males to paddle female students because not all of the schools have enough females to perform the task.

There are no female secretaries, teachers, physical education teachers in a female dominated industry that are capable of wielding a paddle??? Surely thou jest!!!
