Malik Jones, 16, Nicholas Ayala, 17, and Anthony Malcolm, 18, were caught after the video of Jones fatally punching Delfino Mora was posted on Jones’ Facebook page, according to authorities.
The three were playing a “game where the offender picks an innocent victim and knocks him out by striking him and likely robbing him as well,” Assistant Cook County State’s Attorney Terry Clancy told Judge Israel Desierto in court Monday.
Similar attacks — some resulting in death — have previously been reported in Missouri, New Jersey and Decatur. The game also goes by the name “Knockout King,” and experts say it is a grab for attention.
Prosecutors did not mention the game Sunday when Jones appeared before a judge on first degree murder charges in the most recent case, but gave a more detailed account of the crime when his two alleged accomplices made their first appearance in court Monday.
They allege Jones struck the fatal blow and owns the cell phone used to film Mora’s murder in the alley on the 6300 block of North Artesian early July 10.

Obviously not a white-on-black crime, because if it were, it would have bumped “Joker Man” from the top of the headlines.
Questions:
1) Is this a case of ‘millions of rats invade Chicago’ journalism?
2) If this IS a new phenomenon in Chicago, why? Did Rahm change something? Did Cook County/ IL state laws change?
3) Where did the name Malik come from? It’s about the 5th time in a year I’ve heard this new name.
Gun control is really working in Chicago. Violent criminals with robbery in mind can kill people without worrying about being shot.
We will defend ourselves.
Capital punishment for these young thugs is not cruel and/or unusual.

Leave these boys alone. They had enough trouble growin’ up in the ‘hood, now the whitey justice system is forcing an inhumane and racist profiling on these just because they are acting like boys in the ‘hood. They were good boys who need love, not criminal punishment.

Malik...Muslim and Hindu (mainly Panjab): status name from a title meaning ‘lord’, ‘ruler’, ‘chief’, from Arabic malik ‘king’. In the subcontinent this is often found as a title for the headman of a village. In Islam Al-Malik ‘the King’ is one of the attributes of Allah, regarded as ‘the king of mankind’ (Qur’an 114:2).

The message that the lynch Zimmerman mob, both on and off this forum, wanted sent and was sent is that if one is perceived to be white, one does not defend themselves from being mauled or slain by one of Holder's people or obama's sons without suffering severe negative repercussions.
These cowards always run in packs and sucker punch victims. The victims are usually elderly too.
