A Georgia woman called 911 to complain - about a mugshot from a prior arrest.

Tonya Ann Fowler, of Commerce, Ga., dialed up the authorities Sunday after seeing her mugshot in a local publication and deciding it wasn't up to snuff.

The offending picture appeared on the cover of "The Bad and Busted," a local weekly with the slogan "Your link to the clink," that features the mugshots of local alleged criminals, reported the Barrow County News.

Fowler, 45, previously called 911 that afternoon looking for someone to store her belongings because she was being evicted from her home, according to a police report. Her calls resulted in her being arrested.

I am struck with the mental image of “a knuckle-dragging, mouth-breathing moron” that just will not go away. She looks like she’s done LOTS of recreational chemicals in her 45 years of life.

Yeah, well she’s not good looking, to be charitable. That fact, however (and despite our fun and games on this site with such a notion), does not mean, legally, that she’s guilty, as we all know.
However, that’s not my point.
My point is that these websites that publish mugshots are, in certain circumstances, nothing more than scams. Obviously, the pictures are public records, and anyone can post them. However, what most of these websites do is advise the accused that they can have the mugshot removed by contacting a different website, which, not surprisingly, is owned be the company that posted the mugshot in the first instance. The typical price of removal is about 300 bucks. I have dealt with these issues in my law practice.
I don’t really have a big problem with this creative business model except in cases where no conviction ensued or the arrest was expunged pursuant to an Order of the court having jurisdiction.
In those cases, the practice seems sleazy to me.

Seriously, though, why would a 45 year old woman be dialing 911 for stupidity like this unless she’s about 12 fries short of a Happy Meal? Something really must be messed up inside her head based on her actions.

I agree with you. Calling 911 was stupid. She likely is not well. But, I don’t know, she may just be stupid.
But, imagine the average person with an estimated IQ of 100. Then, consider that one-half of everyone else (except those 100 IQ people) is arguably less intelligent.
IOW, a lot of people are, relatively, stupid.
I recall instances of folks calling 911 when they believed they were shortchanged on their chicken nuggets order.
Just my opinion.

It does, in a perverted way, make a lot of sense for her to think as she does. For years people have been bombarded with “call 911” to solve everything. It's not surprising that some dimmer bulbs in the drawer have taken the statement to this absurdity.
