The patches on all the officers are clearly NYPD and the left shoulder patch on the officer in the foreground is that of the NYPD Emergency Services Unit. The clothing is proper for early to late Fall in NY. The cops are in long sleeves.
A white Hyundai is sort of the typical rental car, but you could find dozens of them on any college campus too.
I’ve seen quick video clips of LEOs cleaning out the vehicle, so there will be plenty of evidence there.
I’m a bit dubious.
LEOs knew it was his car immediately because of where it was parked.
If it actually had a Romney sticker I’d expect the MSM to have repeated it 10,000 times, and I haven’t heard it once.

I agree that the YouTube video offered nothing that even comes close to proof. They even got the middle name wrong at the beginning of the video. Weak, amateurish job.
It may be that he’s OWS but I have my doubts. I think this is a psycho that fell in love with a movie character and decided to try to emulate him. I’m not sure there is much politics in this dude at all other than he wanted to be in medical science and then slowly realized he didn’t have the brains or the talent to pull it off so he escaped into some fantasy world where he is The Joker. I think he’s another Hinckley.

Most of what is on the Internet about this nut is fake. While it does look like his pic at an OWS rally, that’s still pretty meaningless, as we all know OWS attracted mostly nuts. That is, the nuts made OWS rather than OWS making the nuts.
Most likely this nut simply became afflicted with adult-onset schizophrenia, most likely a paranoid mixed type. He’s at the age of most probable development. No doubt, we’re going hear from his family and former friends that he had been acting increasingly strange during the preceding months.
If this country was serious about stopping these kinds of tragedies, it would mount a sustained national campaign to educate our country about the signs and symptoms of this disease and how to go about getting help for the afflicted individuals.
But that’s not going to happen. For a couple of reasons. First, it’s beneficial to the Communists that run our country for these kinds of massacres to continue, since they can be used to influence a mentally weak public into willingly giving up their 2nd amendment rights.
And second, the dysfunction wrought by Communist to our country has left us in a situation where we can no longer mount an effective response to a public health problem unless the problem specifically impacts homosexuals or other favored minority groups.

I was just checking the internet for connections between Holmes and the Black Bloc and found the same thing. This is the best and clearest picture of Holmes taking part in OWS protest.
Is that also Holmes who is being hauled away in that one screen shot?
I noticed that the middle name was wrong, but what about the picture?
Superficially they might look alike but I don’t think it’s the same person. The demonstrator and the perp have different noses, different eyebrows (even accounting for shaping).
Personally I think James Holmes looks more like Elijah Wood than the guy in the video.
It’s a Colorado plate. They are generally six digits and the distinctive “mountain range” background is clear in the photo if you know what to look for just below the top of the plate holder.
