That depends on the standards of ABC. In their eyes the act of typing in someone’s name+ tea party+ euphoria may be what qualifies as journalism.

Why would the fact that the shooter belonged to any group (other than a known terrorist group) be a factor in reporting a story like this?... I’ll tell ya why, because the facts don’t fit with ABC’s preferred narrative. Their aim is to create a stigmatized persona of the Tea Party so as to delegitimize that group...
