But I should add I have never had that happen with a ‘ modern ‘ bottle of cognac.

I believe Thunderbird and Night Train are only aged a couple of hours.

...the bottles are likely worth several hundred dollars each, and possibly more...Rick Harrison would give him two dollars each 'cause they're so rare it's impossible to set a fair price on 'em - or else 'cause there's more than one and they aren't really that rare after all......

Old Crow has always been a cheap bourbon drunk by poor alcoholics. Fite should auction it in one lot so no one will know it’s crap.

I drank my inlaws leftover bourbon from their wedding in the late 60’s...Old Grand Dad...it was in my wife’s grandmothers basement. Yummm...

LOL!

The first time my sister-in-law
Tasted Boone's Farm Apple Wine
(The first wine she ever tasted, btw,)
She blurted out, "OMG! I'm a WINO!"

One I cannot resist, is Trader Joe’s Two Buck Chuck. They are now $3, but still not bad at all.

Ten High is real bad, too. The best use for it is to light your barbeque.

Whisky ages in the barrel, not the bottle. And once opened,
pretty much any alcohol should be drunk within say, six months. Scotch will go bad if you don’t drink it after it’s opened.

Well, if you are right, I probably have 20 bottles of ‘good’ stuff to throw down the drain. (I always thought it would stay good - for years, if the lid was on tight.)

I’m due to refresh my WT 101 this week, maybe so. It all depends on how they were stored, and whether the contents are still OK.

Once it’s exposed to air, it starts oxidizing.
