Yes, she seemed to imply that there was a great deal of "division" involving the decision.
I come to a little different conclusion than most on her comments. It's simply not news that the Supreme Court would be divided, going back to the Rehnquist court decisions have commonly come out 5 to 4. They're always divided.
I think she was referring to some justices who normally vote the liberal side of any argument have voted with the conservatives on this one. Her comments tell me that she fells she's been deserted by some of her own persuasion.
Look for 6-3, or perhaps even 7-2 to overturn the mandate.
