A treasure trove of evidence was released today in the Zimmerman case. Please make special note of the embroidery on the back of Zimmerman's sweatshirt. Love it!
OK. Im no gun expert, but that is the oddest looking gun I have seen. Its like the front part of the barrel is missing, and bent.
__________________________________________________________
This gun, the Kel-Tek PF9 is my everyday carry weapon.
The condition of the gun you saw was what it looks like when the slide is pulled back without the magazine in the gun or it is empty. In this condition the slide locks back and the barrel is not bent but is lifted up. The gun is a breeze to clean because of how easy it is to disassemble.
Most people that carry the PF9 usually load with hollow points when Concealed carrying. The advantage of the hollow point is that it will not usually exit the person it hits. It will expand and slow way down. It will do a lot of damage and hurt real bad in the process. A non hollow point will just cleanly go through a person and let them live at least few minutes before bleeding to death. Had the hollow point of Zimmermans gun not been a heart shot Martin could have lived through it but the expanding bullet took out his left ventricle, he would have croaked pretty quickly. It would go dim in a matter of several seconds. The brain would not get any blood. Lights would go out about as quickly as being beheaded.
What I noticed from the video of Trayvon Martin in the store was that the guy was higher than a kite. I don’t know how much “trace” amounts are but Martin was loaded or drunk one. Martin wasn’t being followed because he was black, he was being followed because he was acting like he was high. This store video is most damming piece of evidence against the prosecutors case. It shows that Zimmerman had a very good reason to follow Martin, it had nothing to do with race, the FBI will not be able to show a hate crime because if somebody is acting crazy that is a good reason to watch them.
Zimmerman has been so terribly treated, for no good reason.
Smoking dope got Martin killed. Suicide by Mary Jane.
Here is the complete discovery document. I found something very interesting that totally works in Zimmerman's favor. Starting on page 106 of the document below (it says "Page 3 of 6" at the bottom of the page), there is a discussion of a piece of evidence referred to as "Exhibit ME-8 Shirt represented as being from Trayvon Benjamin Martin."
This shirt was tested for blood, and failed to give chemical indications for blood. HOWEVER, a DNA analysis was done on four different stains on the shirt, as well as on swabbings from the lower sleeves of the shirt. The conclusion?
"Exhibit ME-8 Stain A - A complete DNA profile was obtained from exhibit ME-8 Stain A. This DNA profile is consistent with originating from a male individual and matches the DNA profile from George Michael Zimmerman (JR-2)."
"Exhibit ME-8 Stain D - The mixed DNA profile obtained from Exhibit ME-8 Stain D demonstrated the presence of at least two individuals...George Michael Zimmerman and Trayvon Benjamin Martin are included as possible contributors..."
In addition, there was a mixed DNA profile on Trayvon's left cuff/lower left sleeve, but that could not be conclusively tied to Zimmerman. In fact, if you continue reading, you'll find that there were also stains on Zimmerman's shirt that contained Martin's DNA (page 113 or so).
It seems the only evidence the prosecution has is several people who knew GZ and didn’t like him.
Zimmerman has been reported as saying that he was trying to get out his cell phone when Trayvon caught sight of his gun and tried to grab it. If Trayvon had not done that, probably Zimmerman wouldn’t have used the gun at all.
Defense will say Z swabbed his face with Trayvon’s shirt.
No bruises on Martin except for his knuckles. He was not beaten and shot.
It looked like he went toward the back of the store to pick something up from the floor. But yes, it did take him an unusually long time to count out his money.
Did he put something in his mouth toward the end there?
I assume the slug was removed during autopsy, I’d be interested in a picture of that also..............strictly from a terminal ballistics standpoint.
With the apparent facts that are emerging - I would say Zimmerman should move for a bench trial. Faster, cheaper, and avoids the uncertainty of a jury and all of the $hit that will be ginned up in jury selection.
Where did you see this video ? I can not find it.
That’s normal.

You apparently spoke too much truth.
If Martin had been full of TLC, he wouldn’t have tried to beat Zimmerman to death. But instead, he was full of THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol) which clouded his judgment. He decided to become a one-man inner city Chicago gang and “get whitey,” but he picked on the wrong guy. Let that be a lesson to other gang bangers - an armed society is a polite society, so be polite.
Meanwhile, CNN is still railroading Zimmerman.
From the police reports and evidence we have seen so far, it looks like she is using the determination made by a police officer that Zimmerman instigated the fight by following and intimidating Martin. That cop said Zimmerman should be charged with manslaughter, not second degree murder. However, according to Zimmerman as he was talking to the dispatcher, he lost martin and then he told cops martin doubled back on him for a fight.
I still have a little question that hangs in the back of my mind. Did she overcharge Zimmerman so he’d get off because she knows he’s innocent, and she would get out from under the Obama administration and klan witch hunt? Lawyers are tricky...
I noticed that as well. He was moving way to much for a sober convenience store transaction.
Compare the clerk to Trayvon. He was aware of his surroundings, didn’t rock bath and forth and quickly completed the transaction.
Yup, you’re no expert. The barrel drops down when the slide is open. The bulge on the muzzle fits into the end of the slide for accuracy. (ask travon)
More physiognamy. And hands.
As Peter griffin of “Family Guy” would say, HA! (Usually loudly and inappropriately)
He swabbed his face with Trayvon’s shirt? Did you understand why he would do that or when he did it? Thanks.
Thanks
:)
Somebody posted the definitions for contact, near contact, intermediate and distant on a thread yesterday. From what I remember intermediate still have powder marks and tattooing, but no burns. It is still really close.
FWIW I can view that video in Internet Explorer, but not in my current Firefox setup with its ad-blocking add-ons.
Sorry about that. My fault.
I'm trying to think of the kind of crazy reasoning we can expect from Crump, the Martin family attorney. He will I'm sure be asked at some point what is the explanation for how Mr. Zimmerman's DNA got on Trayvon Martin's shirt. If not as a result of T's beating the living daylights out of Z, that is. I expect Crump, who's about as logical as Sheila Jackson Lee, to come up with something to explain it away. That's why I made the comment.
I was just trying to think like Sheila Jackson Lee, basically.
That description conforms perfectly with Zimmerman’s initial statement to the police dispatcher about Trayvon’s behavior, “like he’s stoned or something.”
Oh, Crump said it. Now it makes sense as to why it did not make sense!
I read a quote from a legal analyst at MSM website today who suggested that maybe Trayvon bruised his knuckles trying to get away from George. I think he went to the same law school as Crump. :)
I was trying to predict what he will say. Not a very smart thing for me to do.
I’m sorry for being dense. :)
I can see it with FF and Adblock plus.
OK, what happened to the bag the iced tea was in?
In the video at the 7-11 we clearly see the clerk put the can in a bag, in the photo here there is no bag.
Maybe not a major point, but definitely a loose end, which is always bad.
If you’re using NoScript, Temp allow all of that page and it will work...
Clicked on the link and no video clip.
My question too. Also, Trayvon Martin's hands are missing in the drawing. Is a complete drawing available somewhere?
On the note of trayvon coming back around to fight and keeping the video of him in the store in mind, were trayvon’s pants on the ground when the cops found his dead body?
His pants were “on the ground” in the video when he was buying IT and skillets. If he was going to attack someone, which I believe he did, he would have first probably pulled up his “drawas” so he would be a bit more mobile for the attack.
If his pants were up around his waist when they found his dead body, case closed, he premeditated the attack on Zimmerman.
Threw the bag away? Wadded it up and put it in a pocket?
The autopsy also says that the abdomen was scaphoid and had 1.5cm of SQ fat. Martin was very lean and muscular. 5’11” and 158 lbs.
Working fine for me.
Ad blocker?
Another problem is the location of the shooting. Zimmerman said he was going back to his car, but the body bag is in the middle of a walkway, and there is no way to tell where Zimmerman’s truck is. I saw a path map on a previous thread, but I can’t find it now.
Seems like Trayvon’s cellphone was scattered on the grass but his headphones were in his pocket. I’m not sure how that could fit with “DeeDee’s” claims about Trayvon being attacked while he was still talking to her, unless he was talking to her without using his headset.
Have they said where this store is? I’ve been curious about that for a while.
You may be underestimating the jury’s fear of being lynched by the mob if they acquit him. You know their identities are not going to be kept secret, and they have to worry about life after the trial.
Somebody help me make sense out of p 105 where it’s talking about the swabs taken from the gun and holster. Seems like it’s saying that there were 2 people’s DNA on the handle, the main one being George Zimmerman and the other person being somebody besides Trayvon. There wasn’t enough found on the trigger or slide to determine anything. And there was DNA from at least 3 people on the holster - the chief one being George Zimmerman, and Trayvon can’t be ruled out as one of the other 2.
Do people handle other people’s guns and/or holsters? The cops wouldn’t have handled that stuff without gloves or something to keep their own DNA/fingerprints off, would they? What does all this mean?
“When you see the pictures of Zimmerman, he probably is 56 to 58 tall and 150 -160 pounds. Trayvon is 6 plus and prabably 180 lbs or more.”
The autopsy report lists him at 71” (5’ 11”) and 159 lbs.
The autopsy had just a single bruise on one knuckle. One thing the defense needs to do is DNA testing of Trayvon’s shoes, the hand damage isn’t consistent with George’s facial injuries, there must have been some other mechanism of injury.
Of interest is that the gunshot expert who did the clothing analysis described it as consistent with a contact shot.
Here’s a convenient document package.
