Good way to put it. In a close swing state Freepers should think long and hard about the America hating Kenyan in the White House...... And however odious Romney might be, he is leagues better than the Kenyan plus open to influence from the Republican right wing and the Tea Party. We have zero influence over the Kenyan

On what basis do you think MI will go Red? I am not saying it won’t, haven’t seen any polling from there, but I think MI is one of the lesser states likely to flip.

I would be extremely shocked if IL went red.

Il, Mi and MN are 3 states I would think are the least likely to flip in the midwest.

I full expect IA, WI, OH and IN to go Red.

MI, IL and MN on the other hand.. I think if you see any of those states go red, then Obama’s support is so weak that even some solid blue new england states will also flip.

We will see how it all plays out.

Do You Live In One Of Them?

Heck no... I live in the People's Socialist Republik of Connecticut.

I have absolutely no doubt that CT will go completely for Obama, plus the idiot voters will send the usual five democRAT Congress critters back to DC, as well as a far-left union thug-loving democRAT Senator (Chris Murphy) who will replace Sen. Joe Lieberman (I-CT).

I never miss an election, and I vote straight Republican (there really aren't any "conservatives" here), but we're outnumbered. It sucks.

Someday - as soon as we are able - hubby and I are moving outta here...

I meant to also ping you to my “CT is hopeless” comments in #124 on this thread...

Romney is not yet the nominee. He needs more delegates and he needs the approval of the nominating convention.

Until that time he can be spoken of as just another common politician trying to pull the wool over the public's eyes.

There are a number of possibilities here ~

(1) He could pull out using family problems as an excuse,

(2) He could be found to have been convicted of aggravated mopery in the recent past,

(3) He could have a heart attack (he's in that age range BTW),

(4) He could have a stroke ~ maybe just a small one like may have happened to McCain (about when he stopped campaigning),

(5) He could get smart and realize he has such a great chance of not winning it will be HIM who puts Obama into office for another term,

(6) ...... any number of other things.

He ain't the party nominee yet. He doesn't need to be the nominee. He has nothing to add to the national discourse.

The tighter the race the more likely Romney can't win.

That's what that means.

There are potential candidates who can win in a tight race. Chose one of them.

Hey nutmeg....I was just watching CPTV and the live legislative meeting about HIX in CT.

I think if people really knew what happens in this state in midnight legislative sessions...they would NOT vote for Hussein or for any of Malloy’s [mini-me Hussein] sycophants.

People here are too busy figuring out how to stay afloat in this economy ...otherwise they’d be following you in mass evacuation.

I hope we will be surprised how this state will vote, aka the *Constitution Sate*. Meh.

NONE of that changes what you posted and it was rightly deleted. Were I you, I would not have started the conversation again, but if you insist.

“I have never maligned any vet.”

Calling a vet that doesn’t agree with you “a traitor to this country” is not only maligning, it was completely uncalled for and consistent with lib tactics.

After your post was deleted, I was fine with simply moving on and forgetting about it, but now I see that you want to try to rewrite history, another lib tactic.

While I am not specifically calling you a lib, I would think that a FReeper that has been here since 1997 would show a wee bit more brain power.

We have nothing more to discuss. Take your comments and shove them.....

Romney has always been a HYPER LIBERAL. Just look at his policies. He invented gay marriage in Massachusetts.

He created RomneyKKKare.

He's spoken ill of Republican Conservatives in the past, and he showed us his ass in Virginia in March ~

Really, there's nothing Conservative about this guy at all. Never has been.

Does this mean you won’t be posting to me again?

Oh, my gosh. I will just have to live with the sorrow, I guess.

“Does this mean you won’t be posting to me again?”

Not at all. I post according to my desires, certainly not yours.

YOU should have just shut your pie-hole and walked away, but you chose to try to rewrite history and lie.... a trait consistent with your hero RINO Romney.

Call another conservative vet on FR a traitor again....I will be all over you and your Romney inspired smut.

There are many folks on FR that feel a need to support Romney and while I disagree with them, I still respect many of them. I see them as wrong, but you and people like you, I see as drooling loons.

we can to keep Romney in line.

No you can't. Boehner will roll over and do whatever he's told. Consenting to abortion, homos, gun control, big government and Obamneycare is consenting to abortion, homos, gun control, big government and Obamneycare.

It's what you're for.

I'm not trying to change any minds on the subject, just stating the fact: Not voting for Romney will get us four more years of Obama.
