I saw Three Dog Night tonight and they were AWESOME. Those old timers can still rock. I just wish they did Eli. They did not.

I was going to, but mama told me not to come!
To: Lazlo in PA
I saw them in 1972!
They probably couldn’t get to the high notes for Eli.

original band?
Corey Wells was from right here in Buffalo - I grew up with him
also won a radio contest once by knowing that info - I got a ‘supply’ or herbal essence shampoo (a tiny bottle) and a record album

Saw them many moons ago at the University of Wyoming FieldHouse. They were heavily dressed in costumes then.

These bastards can still sing like it is 1972. A whole lot of fun.

I went to a Steppenwolf concert in Phoenix New Year’s Eve ‘68 (?). Two new bands came on before Steppenwolf. Three Dog Night who had just released “One” and Blood Sweat and Tears with their new singer, David Clayton Thomas. They were tough acts for Steppenwolf to follow. The Phoenix P.D. was taping all of the concerts at that time for profanity. “The Pusher” was a real hoot! “Aw Shucks! The Pusher!” Funny stuff.

I saw them at my high school, put on by some local radio geeks.
I figured they’d be doing side shows and carnivals by now.

Eli isn’t on their Greatest Hits album. I think they might have somehow lost the rights to it.

Got to see six local bands for about $8. Front row all the way. And you threw down how much for upper deck row MM?

The missus and I saw them a few months ago in Dec.
They’ve still “got it”. And yes....they can still hit
all the high notes. It was great. A must see group for
those of us who remember them the first time around in the
70’s.
To: Lazlo in PA
Was Negron with them? If not you saw two dog night. I saw them in the late eighties at a night club in panama beach Fla. I knew that something didn't sound right on some of the songs. Later I found out that he was not with the band because of his drug abuse. So I told everybody I saw two dog night.

DAMN IT PEOPLE! We had some damn good music in the 70’s.
We had people who could sing and play their own instruments.
Bands like, CCR, Stepinwolf, Doobie Brothers, Rare Earth, War,Etc...
Today... People with no talent...Freakin’ rappers....
