I pity the EMS and ER staff in her neighborhood. I doubt that a standard ambulance has a stretcher that can transport her. Of course, she’s obviously suicidal, so that’s probably not an issue to her.
We got frequent lift assists from a female like this years ago. She would scoot over to the edge of the bed to use the 5 gallon bucket (toilet) and end up rolling off of the bed. Sometimes she even got most of it in the bucket before she fell on top of it.
She ended up coding and our medical director clocked her as there was no effective way to work her.
At least she was not welded to a chair like one of the other ones.
