A great FReeper who most of you have known for a long time, but needs to remain anonymous, asked me to post a thread asking for our prayers.
My FRiend has been having major marital problems due to his wife's infidelity. They separated for a while, during which time she attempted suicide. She was hospitalized following this and they have since reconciled and are working on strengthening their marriage.
During the separation, my FRiend was in an altercation where he needed to defend himself. However, this altercation has resulted in him being charged with attempted murder.
In the midst of all of this, my FRiend was fired from his job and he is also very worried about his health due to a heart condition.
I wish I could post more details, and I may be able to later, but for now I must ask all of you to pray for this FReeper and his family.

Prayers for a freeper in great pain...
Father God,
You have sent a friend “closer than a brother” to plead a case for a man beset by Satan.
We don’t know who this man is, but You know. Your wisdom and understanding are infinite and greater than any human imagining.
With You, all things are possible!
So we come to You in prayer, God of Majesty and Power, to redeem this man as only You can.
May he first bow to Your salvation through the sacrifice of Your Son on the Cross, and be covered in the blood of the Lamb, submitting himself utterly to the redemption only You can offer.
May he repent and be free of his wife’s sin as he lets go of his own, sure in the understanding that with repentance, Your Son has already paid the price.
May he go forward solving the dilemmas of his present status one at a time, in the calm reassurance that Your peace passes all understanding.
May this crossroads be the choice of a lifetime, leaving him bolder in his testimony to Your mercy, protection and faithfulness.
