As a serious Christian I am not all of one mind on the matter. Anything, even blasphemy, that serves to get someone thinking further than he did before about Jesus Christ and what he claimed to be might not be an entirely bad thing. It doesn’t bug me like the more gratuitous “p*ss Christ” would. It even raises philosophical questions: could the incarnate God possibly ever get soused out of his gourd (I think the answer would be no).

Of course they wouldn’t dare do it to Mohammed. Not if they didn’t want to risk their facilities being destroyed, if not their own lives. Christians and Moose protest in quite different manners.

Here is one of the reasons they would not do this about Mohommad: they don’t know anything about him.

As a young person we were “indoctrinated” about Jesus and the Christmas story. What does the average American know about Islam? I know a little...and I will bet I know more than 95% of Americans.
