I wanted to tear my ears off every time my littlest one would watch that show! I seriously had to leave the room. The worst one was the Tubby custard episode. Imagine this is in those annoyingly high-pitched screeces:

“Tubby custard!”
“Yeah, yeah Tubby custard!”
“Tubby custard—ah hahahaha!”
“Tubby custard!”

(repeat a couple more times)

It was like some horrific LSD flashback, which makes me even more thankful I never touched the stuff! :^D

We were laughing about that, too! In fact, the night before, we watched that very episode!

My review:
Turn off the stereo hogs: they are not bad at all, but kind of boring. The stage dancers were Wayyy too much, too over the top.

Crackhead: he was better than last week. He should not have backup singers because then it’s easier to tell when he misses his notes.

LeeeRoy: I like him. I like his voice. I can’t believe he is 60.

Shirley temple: so glad she isn’t dressed butch tonight. I didn’t like the changes in the song but she was good.

Tampax Rayne: I love “landslide.”. I was sure they would butcher it. Hey! They didn’t! They sound good. I actually liked their dresses except for the different bright colors. If the colors had been subtle, and not quite so Telletubby...

Burrito Man: to me he probably has the best voice and delivery consistently. I only know the song from so you think you can dance. But this guy could sing google search results (there aren’t phone books any more!) and it would sound good. Still not standing close enough to his shower head.

Melanie: I just started laughing when she sang desperado. Just saw that Seinfeld episode the night before. She has a great voice but doesn’t have the emotional impact the eagles song had.

AstroTurf: I don’t know. I wasn’t listening. And he wasn’t singing. If he can compete, then they should allow poets and radio broadcasters to enter. He is only talking. Impressed that he writes his own stuff and can talk so fast. Don’t understand a word. And note to all rappers: we know you have a penis. We don’t care. Stop grabbing it.

InTenSiGlee: a Disneyland parade is in your future.

Drew: I love this girl. She is cute, romantic, has a great voice and a great natural style. I’d purchase her simon’s couch song. Liked her tonight too. Not sure about the lying down in the rose petals - too sexy for an underage girl.

Marcus : he was pretty good. Too much on stage. I’d prefer him alone, emotional. He’s got a great voice.

Stacy the fake: yeah, she was good. So would lady gaga be if she were in this. She had her bleeping chance already.

But I do enjoy the x factor. And of course the Johnny thread!
