Mars Attacks. Maybe since I watched it 8 times it wasn’t so terrible.

I liked “The Postman” and “Waterworld.” Both Kevin Costner flicks, bombs, and I thought they were both quite good.

I personally liked a few because I thought they were great movies but they never did well in the theatres and quickly wound up in the $4.99 bin at Walmart. Two that immediately come to mind are...
Master and Commander (always holding out hope that somebody does the sequels)
and...
Waking Ned Devine (and I loved this one)

“The Fountainhead.” I was on the floor in hysterics after watching the first few minutes and knew I was going to love it. It’s one of the great unintentionally funny films of all time and provides an interesting primer on Ayn Rand’s objectist philosophy at the same time.

Santa Claus Conquers the Martians.
Here is just a taste of the brilliant dialog:
Hargo: What's soft and round and you put it on a stick and you toast it in a fire, and it's green?
Kimar: I don't know what?
Hargo: A Martian mellow.
Great stuff...

“Choose Me”
(but for best appreciation of its subtleties it helps if you’re at least a little bit drunk while you’re watching it, otherwise it’s just another poorly-written, poorly-made, low-budget movie)

I am quite fond of the Japanese 50’s cold war monster movies, such as “The Claw.”
I am also a fan of hokey old movies.

Road WarriorWas The Road Warrior a bomb? I thought it was very successful. Now beyond Thunderdome (3rd part of series) on the other hand was absolutely awful. Mad Max and The Road Warrior were just plain awesome though.
