RUSH WAS RIGHT ... AS USUAL!

RUSH WAS RIGHT ... AS USUAL!

Yes, I am a fan of Rush Limbaugh -- long before and ever since 9/11.

And yes, I am a life-long fan of the Minnesota Vikings.

And NO, you won't hear the liberal hypocrites at ESPN like Chris Berman and Tom Jackson criticize the Vikings trying to pump life once again into the aging and failing quarterback body of Donovan McNabb.

And you won't hear that criticism, because it would be an affirmation of everything that Rush Limbaugh said before he was dismissed in yet another bogus liberal manufactured hate crime for even suggesting that the liberal media wanted McNabb to succeed because he is BLACK.

My heart sank when I first heard the news that the Vikings' management was even thinking about luring McNabb to Minnesota.

Donovan McNabb isn't Brett Favre.

Donovan McNabb isn't Randall Cunningham.

Donovan McNabb isn't Warren Moon.

Donovan McNabb isn't Jim McMahon.

Truth be told -- Donovan McNabb isn't even Wade Wilson or Sean Salisbury.

I will never forget how ESPN treated Rush Limbaugh, and I will never forgive them for that shameful hypocrisy -- until and when they invite Rush back onto their Sunday morning pre-game show, apologize to him, and ask him to comment on ESPN's treatment of him and McNabb's performance since.

Rush Limbaugh was only telling the truth.

But we all know the truth doesn't matter to liberal hypocrites. All that matters to them is forcing their viewpoint on those who don't knuckle under to their tyranny.

The Vikings are now 0-2, with the resurgent Detroit Lions coming to town next week.

It will be fun to watch the ESPN analysts dance around the Vikings' treatment of Tarvaris Jackson and Joe Webb, with Florida State "White Boy" Christian Ponder on the sidelines.

Looks like the best this Vikings' fan can hope for this season is that the Vikings win the sweepstakes for Andrew Luck.

That is, unless the liberal clowns running Minnesota state government fail to work with the ownership of the Vikings to build a new stadium and keep them in Minnesota.

I pity the fool politicians whose legaqcy will be allowing the Vikings to go the way of the Los Angeles Lakers and the Dallas Stars.

Even Brett Favre isn’t even Brett Favre anymore... ;)

Good points, though. (High off of an Aaron Rodgers win today against the Panthers.)

And don’t hold your breath. They’ll never ask Rush back. He’d never GO back, even if they asked him!

And all is right in my little world today. :)

Bring back Two-Minute Tommy Kramer.

I must recuse myself from agreeing with you due to my screen name. However, my ambivalence stems from my cheesehead roots. (Yes, the Pack won ugly today.)

The problem with McNabb is that he was never an accurate quarterback and was known to be a tad slow in "scanning the field" for open receivers.

Compare this to Tom Brady, who's the same age--Brady's ability to find all the receivers on the field and "zip" the ball so the receiver can catch the ball is legendary.

Who is ESPN? Never heard of them. LOL !!!

Certainly don’t watch them...ever. Even Erin -what’s her nudie thing- isn’t enough to get that channel to appear.

The Pack got a good dose of cummupins, and figured it out the second half. The tables turned.
The Vikes are the weakest team in the NFC North.

It's a good way to keep yourself healthy and prolong your career too.

When it's all said and done, Brady's going down as the best who ever played. He may already be there.

As for McNabb, I'm a lifelong Eagles fan. He was never, ever as good as his press.

This USC player seems to like her, too:

I have a dream that one day we’ll be able to discuss NFL quarterbacks based on the content of their records and not on the color of their skin. Until that day, however, be careful what you say, lest you be denounced to www.AttackWatch.com!

McNabb was great with the Eagles because of the great coaching work by Andy Reid, who is likely a Hall of Famer. But yet, Reid could only get so much out of McNabb, especially given the limitations I mentioned earlier.

Indeed, I even have doubts that McNabb is a first-ballot Hall of Famer among active players; players like Tom Brady, Ray Lewis and Ed Reid are definitely going to the HoF five years after they retire.

After watching the Bears today, I think that the Vikes have a strong contender for the weakest team.

Brady is good, but he is not even top 3 all time. I would personally have a hard time calling anybody great in this era of no defense allowed. The receivers are not allowed to be touched after 5 yards. The linemen hold on every play, and no more headhunting by DB’s. It is a pale copy of bygone days of real football. Modern NFL football is a creation by owners wanting NBA type of excitement. Hence the inflated numbers by QB’s and receivers.

These days, I don’t think McNabb is even Quincy Carter.

I am a die-hard Chiefs and Rams fan. I even loved the Rams when they were tied with Detroit for worst record. That said, the game today was the most embarassing thing I’ve ever seen.

“High off of an Aaron Rodgers win today against the Panthers.”

PfFffttt. LOL Just kidding from a die hard Panther Fan.
We “stink” again this year, for lack of a more family friendly word.
Probably for many of the same reasons that the Vikings stink.
I didn’t want us to draft Newton. I think he’ll end up being the next Michael Vick, or Donovan McNabb. He’ll either revert back to his thug behavior, or he’ll be a footnote in football.

Cam Newton does not exude the tiniest bit of LEADERSHIP in any way, shape or form. My condolences. He’s going to cause you nothing but heartache. A Reno Divorce is in order, LOL!

And your guys can’t seem to take a HIT, either. The Packers left the field LITTERED with injured Panthers... ;)

Appears that our Nick Collins is going to be OK though, so you guys got in your licks, too.

Win or Lose, I LOVE this game! :)
