Sorry about the trick title - the bible says to pray for those in authority over us.
I pray for our president, that God would touch his heart, open his eyes, and that Obama will change his ways, but I'm not holding my breath on that one.
So please, even if you don't support Herman as a candidate, keep him in your prayers - let's pray for all our leader's, politicians, and candidates.
I posted on another thread that Herman Cain just had an AWESOME interview on Chris Wallace.
I hope it gets a separate thread today - Im technologically challenged, but someone really needs to do it.
For those of you who are not number crunchers, Im telling you that you can make money betting with your friends who dont think Herman Cain is going to be the next president.
We put a businessman in Weiners seat, that the democrats had held since the twenties, and we will put one in the White House this time around, in spite of the people like Ann Coulter saying, Its never been done.
The people who are being dismissive or counting him out because they are looking at the current polls, should keep in mind that this time four years ago, most people were wondering whether it would be Fred Thompson or Rudy that would take on Hillary.
The mustard seed has been planted.
At first it grows slowly, but when it takes off, I think well all be amazed.
I think God has heard our prayers as a nation, and has sent a Godly man to answer our prayers.
When people see Herman Cain, they love him, and know he is for real.
His positive intensity score has been the highest every week, until the week Rick Perry announced, and Perry got a little bump - then Herman was back on top the next.
They have been far ahead of the others in positive intensity scores.
But I expect that Herman will be back on top of that one soon, as more people find out about about Perrys Hispanic pandering.
As people start looking at the other way of looking at the two man race, and the Positive Intensity scores on Gallup, Herman is the only one who really has it all.
Right now Rick Perry is the shiny new penny, but people are going to start taking a closer look at him.
Closer look at Perry = less support.
Closer look at Herman = more support.
There is plenty of time before the primaries start, for people to see that Herman is the only candidate who has the right positions on everything that is important, without some of the HUGE baggage that most of the politicians have.
Remember, talk is cheap for politicians at election time.
“Sorry about the trick title...”
Mods wil change it for you...hate to see you feeling bad.
I agree.
Herman Cain is my favorite, of those that are running at this time.
HHC’s husband
I pray for all the candidates, even the ones I have no use for.
yes, we will.
I do the same for FReepers all the time.
A Bump from a somewhat hesitant Honkie for Herman :}
*Who is only hesitant in the sense that I haven’t put his bumper sticker on the old bus yet ;)
May God chart our course.

I have been praying for/with Herman Cain ever since he said he was “in prayerful consideration” of running in early 2010 :-)
I will post the Sunday Morning link, just FReepmail it to me
How about betting me on that? I will give you 100 to 1 odds too (or better if you want). On Intrade, where people are actually willing to bet money on such things, Cain has a .4% (that's point four) chance to win. Cain is a good man, but he is not going to be elected President of the United States in 2012.
Of those in the race, Cain is far and away my favorite.
Will you be able to post a link sometime about today’s interview on Chris Wallace?
If you do, can I copy it here?
PLURAL’S ARE NOT FORMED WITH APOSTROPHE’S!!!
Saw the interview. Was awesome. This man is a great person.
My apologies to the grammar police.
Obviously just a simple error from not enough coffee, since the rest of the sentence was correct.
“leader’s, politicians, and candidates. ‘
I pray this for Obozo all the time:
Psalm 109:8
8 May his days be few; may another seize his position.
I saw part of it, and was unimpressed. When Wallace asked about the criticism that poor people would pay more in taxes under his plan, he stated that they wouldn't because they pay 15% in payroll taxes. In reality employers pay half of that. I doubt if the payroll tax was eliminated employers would give the 7.5% to their employees, especially minimum wage employees. Then he went right back to saying half the people pay no taxes, not no income tax.
Sorry, but you are deluding yourself if you think Cain will ever be elected.
Here ya go :-)

Another interesting poll to watch is Zogby - they have Herman Cain in 2nd as being able to beat Obama :-)
I saw the interview and I thought his 9-9-9 plan has a great deal of merit.
Even if he doesn’t win the nomination, he brings tax reform into the conversation.
Pastor was condemning PS 109:8 prayer last week. He says that we need to pray for our leaders.
We do need to pray for Herman Cain, he is going to our Vice President, under President Sarah Palin.
Your pastor is a misguided “social gospel” preaching socialist fraud.
I bet he voted for Obozo too. Obozo is an arrogant criminal who will not repent unless something radical like Psalm 109:8 happened to him.
No clergyman is qualified to “condemn” any Scripture.
Yes it is important to pray for our “leaders”, but IMHO, Zero is a fraud and a usurper and illegitimate as a “leader”. He also has declared himself an enemy of God, by mocking the Bible and the Judeo-Christian Culture of Our Nation. I have seen and heard him do this. It is perfectly Scriptural to pray that evil people be removed, and another take his office. It may be the result of an election, or a resignation, or impeachment, but that doesn’t matter.
The “Prayer” itself (From Psalm 109) is a cry from the heart of David that wicked kings be removed.
Nothing wrong with that.
Insufficient coffee is a valid excuse.
I pray for America and all candidates in the GOP because the media and the left don’t care who the nominee is, to a point, they will go after them all hard since they are up against Obama.
Cain’s my favorite of the pack at the moment.
Great point. Thank you.
You are most welcome, FRiend. :-)
