The big news of the day is the death and burial at sea of Osama bin Laden. Thank you, President Bush and the US military (including my son and future son-in-law) who made this day happen. Other news is the nuptials of William and Catherine in Great Britain. May God bless their union and draw them close to Him in Jesus Christ. Alabama (my state) and other southeast states continue the task of digging out and rebuilding. A massive effort is underway with able bodies and supplies needed.

BiBi was absolutely fantastic. I thought BO was going to have a major stroke and kept waiting for him to either give BiBi the middle finger or start shaking his index finger at him.

Have you noticed that whenever BO gives a “speech” he waves his index finger at the audience (TV and/or live, doesn’t make any difference to him). I’d like to take that finger of his and shove it where the sun don’t shine. It really annoys me, especially when he’s doing it with that chin up arrogant look he wears most of the time.

Hey jt! No, I have never noticed the muslim shaking his finger at the audience and there is a reason for that. I so abhor and despise not only his voice, but appearance, that I ALWAYS turn the hideous monster off whenever he comes on tv or the radio. Cannot stand the sight of that #!@@^. I turn my head or put my hand in front of my face every time the piece of #^@$#^ comes on tv if I can't get to the remote quick enough. One of the reasons is exactly what you mentioned. Whenever I have seen him accidentally, I see how obscenely arrogant he is and how he ALWAYS talks down to everyone. His arrogance is unbounded. I live for the day he meets his match, and he met it in part yesterday.

Saturday morning ping! I am so proud of Bibi Netanyahu. I’ve paid attention to this man ever since the First Gulf War. He was intense then in his defense of Israel and he is the right man for such a time as this. Jtill, I’m with 2/3rds, I don’t listen or watch caligula ever. Hence, I didn’t yesterday either. I read Bibi’s transcript after the fact.

Well, apparently, Jesus did not return last night. While I didn’t think Camping was correct, I do know that Jesus is returning sometime. The Apostle Paul thought it was imminent back 2000 years ago and my grandfather told me that people thought it was imminent in the early 1900s and I thought The Return was imminent in the 1970s and I still think The Return is imminent now. It would have been nice to cast off all my burdens and feel my feet leave the ground. Imagine, no more back problems! Seeing Mom and others again! Sitting down at the feet of Jesus and living in the light of His physical presence! Heaven is where my heart is and I wouldn’t have minded if Camping had been right. As it is, I will bide a while longer.

My family here wouldn’t have minded if Camping had been right with the exception of the youngest daughter who wants to get married first.

You are welcome. I do not know how helpful my information is. To be honest, my roses struggle every year. I blame it on leaf problems that I’m only now beginning to figure out. I have switched fertilizers this year and am adding epsom salts to the soil every month or so. Things are better this season. I’ll let you know what it looks like in the fall.

Well let me first address the Return of Jesus. It is supposed to occur in about 25 minutes from while I write this at 06:00 Mountain Daylight Time. I heard Camping on the radio all week and he predicted it would start at the international date line and would proceed around the Earth until it reached, say, Colorado at 0600 local time. I'm holding my breath at 0600.

Yes, Bibi has been one of the world's greatest leaders of modern times. I love this man.

...but then, anyplace will be.

Folks who are making fun of Camping's prediction make me a bit nervous for them....

..HE will return someday.....but the Bible clearly says we will not know the day, the hour....

...Our little 6 yr old granddaughter is due over this afternoon for swimming and an overnight....and she already, in her young age, loves the Lord and reveres Him.

I thought, what a sweeter way to be raptured, than holding her little hand when it comes.

The Lord will return on his timing....not ours....

..I hope Camping's prediction will be used for the good........to get folks to think about their souls and eternity.
