I take on exception to the list. I actually really enjoyed The Usual Suspects and think it is a work many do not understand at it’s true level.

Chinatown: A good movie, but is it really the best script of all time? It is a great movie, probably the best thing Jack Nicholson ever did, ditto for the child-molesting Roman Polanski.

Someone doesn't like watching monkeys hitting each other with sticks?
I just don't understand that.

The best thing in The Graduate was the Alfa Romeo.

Worst movie I ever saw at the theater was Felini-Satyricon, dubbed in English. Only movie I ever walked out on.
After I read Pertonius’ SATYRICON I again saw the movie on tv in Italian with English subtitles. A much better movie! But still too faggy.

Have to disagree with 2001. I saw in at the Cinerama in Hollywood (anyone else remember that?)when it first came out. It was stunning and set a high mark in film making that it took years for others to surpass. (The fact that this was the first date with my soon-to-be wife may cloud my judgment, though....) Daisy...daisy..

Does anybody know why young people won’t watch black and white movies? They seem to have a built in bias which prevents them from watching even the first 5 minutes . . . .

What does this guy know about film making? This piece has an obligatory, lightweight feel to it.
For actual insight into conservative values in film, Libertas Film Magazine is a good place to visit.
