“May we always be happy, and may our enemies know it!”

The comments after the article are great. I loved the one about “redistributing achievement”.
DWTS voting on the web asks you if another person from your household wants to vote and then directs you to sign out and sign back in with that person’s identity. So I don’t think they are limiting votes via IP addresses. That technology is available so if they aren’t using it it is because they do not want to.
And I want someone to prove to me that impeachObama@hotmail.com doesn’t really live at my house.

Bristol Palin and Mark Ballas Tribute
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NvL3udFZCLY&feature=related
The Final Showdown
After nine weeks of live performances, harsh critiques, one team dance, one solo, hours and hours of practice, pain, stress, nerves and exhaustion, we are down to the final three dancers:
Kyle Massey
Bristol Palin
Jennifer Grey
Tribute might be good to start Monday night’s thread as it shows their dances and a background to what they’ve accomplished. Just so people will know what they’ll be voting for.
Am currently trying to get this to download.

Mark is such a neat guy who dearly loves his parents.
Will do!!

Sorry about that. My computer jammed and when it got done jammin it did the two step....
“Mark, who is in talks to become the spokesperson for the American Foundation of Suicide Prevention, suggested to his mother that she turn her 50th birthday party into a fundraising event. According to Shirley, Mark said We dont need gifts, mummy, lets help our charity, the AFSP.
After reading the above paragraph and hearing Mark’s comment to Greta’s question about what the winners receive, have the feeling that no matter how the results turn out this week Bristol will be a winner just by having this young man in her life.
You’re right!
Thank you for posting these. I don’t know if You Tube is fiddling with searches for her or what, but they sure make it hard to find these. I think she is doing fantastic. She’s a novice up against professionals. Way to go Bristol.
You’re welcome!
Started getting the tree up today. It’s twelve foot high and takes three days.
Can’t stand to deal with BO during the holiday season, so I’ve google DWTS.
Here’s an interesting side..from several sources.
“I would’ve thrown him off the show,” said Schwimmer. “You don’t do that to a judge. It’s very unprofessional. Afterwards, if you want to say something, that’s one thing. But not on the air, when all you’re trying to do is make them look bad. If someone did that to me, I would kick them out of the studio.”
Schwimmer wasn’t the only parent who had issues with Monday night’s show. Shirley Ballas, Mark’s mother and herself a gifted professional dance teacher, came down on Maks’ side. “I must say, I didn’t agree with some of the judging today,” she said. “I think Carrie Ann was a bit off. There were some biased feelings there against Maks, and also with Bristol [Palin, Mark’s partner]. This was probably Bristol’s best week when it came to technique. She didn’t put a foot wrong. She did extremely well. But she can’t please that woman. I don’t know what it is that Carrie Ann wants to see from her. The girl is improving week by week, and one positive remark could be quite nice.”
Ballas is a proud mom, but not too proud to point out when her son makes a misstep. “I think it was Mark who went wrong in the samba, not Bristol. She seemed to know where she was going. He made the mistake. And I think when you’re looking from the outside as an experienced professional, you should be able to see that the error came from him and not from Bristol.”
Wonderful photo of the three and I am happy Bristol has her Mom’s words of wisdom on her FB!
Thanks for taking the time to post the links to her dances too!
You rock!!!
There’s sure a lot more to Mark than I originally knew! I was taken aback when I watched Greta’s interview to find that he’s soft spoken and so very nice. Not sure exactly what I expected.
I took Maks side also....LOL. I saw him on Jimmy Kimmel’s. Carrie Ann was in the wrong and Shirley Ballas sees it, too!
Huge tree! Best wishes and have fun!!!
Carrie Ann is over her head. Saw it all the time when people with degrees and experiance were asked to judge music competition...They wouldn’t know what a seventh grader was suppose to sound like if bitten in the leg by one....Completely differant standard from an adult.
Don’t think she was adequatly prepared for this gig...She’ll be taken off.
Here is Mummy’s comments that was reference in FRm.
Leading question for you, hoosiermama!
Where is Carrie Ann from?
:)
