This is a first hand report from JODISPEAK concerning the adverse reaction her daughter has experienced after getting the Gardasil Vaccine!

There is much more out there on the TREMENDOUS DANGERS of taking this vaccine - yet somehow it is being MANDATED by different government entities - such as Texas!

You know, women think they have gotten so far "ahead."

Yet, when women's bodies are telling them that SOMETHING'S WRONG - like these "mere" anecdotal stories about adverse reactions from Gardasil -- they are written off as "well, it could've been one of a 100 things" or "it's just her imagination [that she's having seizures, fatigue, etc.]".

Just look at chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia (sp?), and a whole host of other ailments -- for YEARS, women would be accused of making this up for attention, by the medical profession (not to smear all doctors - it's still a noble profession in my mind for the most part).

No one would argue that medical schools operate from a pharmaceutical-based view, with little or no nutritional info. Many ailments are nutrional issues.

But, look at the state of "science" now -- e.g., Global Warming fraud. The vicious quelling of dissent among the scientific ranks if someone tried to point out facts outside the "dogma." It took a scandal of the magnitude of hacked emails to get the truth out, and the truth has still not affected our EPA and White House.

It seems to me that, if something makes it easier for men to sexually exploit women (abortion, Gardasil vaccine), it's pushed from all levels. If women suffer from said means (post-abortion stress and regret, or vaccine side-effects), it's their imagination.

I hope this is never forced upon people (aren't they discussing a vaccine for Gardasil for boys?), as if the State owned your body. That would make us slaves, not citizens.

I opt out of vaccines for my dogs! I only give them rabies because the vet can’t(won’t) treat them without it.

It is not worth ONE child’s life to prevent the possible spread of an STD/Virus.

Since I’ve added B-12 and Iron supplements to my daily routine of a multi-vitamin, I no longer feel tired all the time and I have color back in my skin tone. I’ve always been borderline anemic, so these new vitamins have been a huge help. Will be adding some Vitamin D soon.

Is it a coincidence that this comes out nine days before the primary election in Texas?????????

Rick Perry tried to mandate this vaccine after getting a pharma industry political gift laundered through a group called “Women In Politics.”

Perry backed off from the plan when the people got angry, but it shows how much of an insider politician he is.

But given the other choices on March 2nd, I would vote for him any way in the GOP Primary.

Both of my daughters have had this vaccine, both are fine. I do not think it should be mandated, this is not a disease that is directly related to deaths, just suspected. However I don’t think that the kids who have a bad reaction to the polio vaccine should make it where the other kids don’t get it.

You're right, she couldn't pass the bar. She only makes money from trial lawyers, litigation, and publicity stunts.

(This is only an opinion of the poster and is not intended to imply anything litigable under the laws of the United States or any state therein. “Scumbag” has been held to not have any slanderous meaning. Liberal Scumbag (see scumbag)also. Do NOT use as a step. Coffee may be hot! John Edwards causes cerebral palsy.)

Thank you for that article! My mother died from cervical cancer, she also had HPV. She wasn’t a floozy, but my dad wasn’t always faithful...

Anyway, my girls got it (the vaccine) and I think it’s remarkable that they are discovering a link between a VIRUS and CANCER! If they can continue this path, it may help with the development of cancer! I don’t understand why people aren’t excited about that.

it’s not a dangerous vaccine.

Well, that just opened you up to some anti-vaccine woo-woo wrath.

I don't bother much anymore. The H1N1 flu shot wars wore me out. Especially after one poster on this site started talking about a lawsuit because I had the nerve to encourage people to get a flu shot using the CDC's own recommendations.

Sorry to hear about your mom, and I hope that your daughters have long and happy lives.

I'm excited about the prospect of a lot less cervical cancer. I wouldn't like to see anyone go through that.

From Wikipedia:
The benefit of Gardasil is being debated for populations that are well screened by pap smears; thus in the US the death rate for cervical cancer is low (3/100,000 women) which is similar to the rate of serious side effects events reported for Gardasil (3.4/100,000 doses distributed).[40] Critics suggest that Gardasil should be used primarily in populations at high risk for cervical cancer
If true, with numbers like that, particularly if they carry over to other forms of cancer, I see no reason the vaccine should be mandatory.

Just like this vaccine, if your dog has an underlying condition that you don’t know about, or their immune system is a little shaky when they get a vaccine,or they get it while getting surgery, it can make them very sick and cause major organ damage-and it isn’t immediate either.

I’ve done a lot of reading up on it after I had 2 dogs diagnosed with chronic kidney failure and the only thing they had in common was vaccines....my best friend just died this past Friday from it; he was the best dog I have ever had.

You don’t remember correctly. The Feds had already put the vaccine on the approved list for the Vaccines for Children program, which pays for vaccines through the age of 18, so that the only girls who would not receive the vaccine for free would be the ones whose insurance paid for mandated vaccines, but not optional vaccines. (The vaccine is now available for males 9 and up, also.)
http://www.dshs.state.tx.us/immunize/tvfc/default.shtm

You also don’t remember that the same Executive Order directed the DSHS to make it easier for parents to opt out.

The DSHS has been given the authority by the Legislature to mandate vaccines, without any oversight by anyone else, except the Governor who appoints the Secretary. The Legislature meets for 4 months every 2 years, and could change that law or retroactively change a rule of the DSHS.

It is not mandated in Texas. I chose not to give my daughters the shot.

Thanks mysterio! And you are right. It’s usually a long and ugly battle because it just spreads so rapidly. My mom had her cervix and uterus out, then moved into the ovaries. (however my fury at the insurance company refusing to pay for her ovary removal at the time of her partial hysterectomy will be left for another day) Although I’m thankful for the 10 years in between the two surgeries. But once it hits the ovaries, it’s a nasty cancer and almost always terminal.

I will also be glad when people stop looking at this as an “STD”. My 8 year old gets fever blisters. She could have gotten it from a kid at school that she drank after, or ate something they had eaten off of. It’s technically herpes, that doesn’t make it an STD. While HPV can be transmitted sexually, it’s also pretty common. If there was an AIDS vaccine, I would encourage my kids to get it. Not because I expected them to sleep around, but I don’t trust that who they choose as a mate will always be faithful.

It’s like the other tons of vaccines that our kids get. If everyone had this attitude about polio, how many people would still be paralyzed? Yes, there are risks, but the benefits seem to outweigh the benefits.

That being said, I do NOT support a mandate of this vaccine. It should be up to the parents as this is not a communicable disease like other vaccines that are required for school. It’s one thing to say “You must have this vaccine to mingle amongst this large group of people because it’s contagious without intimate contact.” It’s another to mandate it for “your own good.” That’s where I draw the line.

To: Freedom'sWorthIt; All

As one whose wife died from cervical cancer at just 41 years of age, leaving me with three small children, I wholeheartedly SUPPORT any vaccine that will lower the incidence of this horrible cancer by 70%. I do not wish on anyone the pain my wife and her family went through.

As with ANY vaccine or medication, there will always be someone who gets an adverse reaction. But this must be placed in perspective. The total quantity of those harms is much LESS than those not getting the vaccine.

Sure government heavyhandedness is oppressive but I guarantee REGRET would be even more painful if your daughter gets cervical cancer just because you were afraid the risks of the vaccine, despite a thousand or million times less than the disease, would harm her. Sure it is entirely possible your daughter may be one of the rare cases who is harmed by the vaccine, but the odds are significant against it.

I spoke to my late wife’s oncologist shortly after Gardasil came out and he told me boys should also get the vaccine since it will also drastically lessen the likelihood of penile, anal, and other cancers. They were apparently still undergoing long-term trials and weren’t ready to start mass inoculations.

One thing’s for sure, if and when ANY vaccine is developed that will prevent my children from getting cancer or heart disease or malaria or any other fatal disease that I will be among the first to obtain them. I’ve seen too much pain and suffering in my life to do otherwise.

The FDA doesn’t care as long as it undermines our society.

Nothing safe about Norplant of the morning after pill either, but they bastardized the science and approved it anyway.

Why do you opt out of the parvo vaccine? I had two puppies that died from that horrid virus (we vaccinated them, but they caught it from a stray in the yard before the vaccine took effect) and I can’t imagine anyone not wanting that protection!
