Wow. Such beautiful golden foliage. We don’t have a lot of color changes in the fall down here. I get a little wistful for those gorgeous colors every October.

It really is beautiful here. I have to drive a lot and I never get tired of driving these roads. I wish I could get pictures that would do justice to the shows the sky has been putting on lately. Some of these cloud covers moving in is really something to see at times. You almost feel like you're about to be engulfed by a huge tidal wave.

Alternately, you could dress up as an Obama supporter, buttons, little robotic slogans played on a continual loop in the background.

Dang. The egging might get really bad then..........

Thank you, sweet one, my recovery is coming along pretty well. Although I must say, I’ll truly be happy to see 2009 scoot on out of here, as will a lot of people. It has a troubling year for several members of my family and also for several dear friends. Looking forward to a much better 2010. :) Prayers greatly appreciated.

One of the few perks of my job is that I get to be out of the offce a lot and the driving is typically very scenic and relaxing.
