This is a free 411 service from Google and it's voice recognition for numbers, connection or maps.

I have Google Voice and love it. It includes free access to GOOG-411.
Take care using it. It is recorded by google.
(ostensibly for training their voice recognition stuff, but google is pretty privacy invasive)

Late to the party with this story. I was using this back in 2007 at least...
I’ve been using it for 1 day since I saw the google ad for it elsewhere.
I use a prepaid phone that charges for all 411 airtime but all toll number time is free of charge.
