I heard a dr on TV say that it might help if you’e had a shot and it wouldn’t hurt to get one if you didn’t before.

I had some sort of flu a few weeks ago... started in the head and then went to the stomach big time. Eating lots of yoghurt seemed to help clear it up after a week or so.
