Looks like a lot of FReepers here don't like Beck and/or his new show. I'm kind of neutral, as I've never really heard him much on the radio, and didn't watch his CNN show. Is this his usual "style"?

I like the guy. I cant argue with his view. He doesn't want the country destroyed by the bickering, but he does not want to sacrifice his principals either. I can respect that.

I watched his show on CNN a few times. This is his usual style. He leans right but does try to portray himself as a right-leaning independent. He does have a tendency to be melodramatic, as we saw today. But he’s not a bad guy. I think he’s sincere, unlike O’Reilly.
