I was so pleased that the high wind we had last week knocked down most of the next door neighbor's whirligigs and other tacky lawn ornaments-but the minute she and blondie returned from working on the road Friday evening, they set them all back up again. There is just no accounting for some people's tastes...
Brrrr! It is 21 out there, and since I'm working just past the western edge of the city today, I really should leave early if I want to get ahead of the traffic there-but I'm going to wait a bit because I'm not looking forward to going out in this cold-I thought I'd freeze when I went out to close the gate after hubby backed out of the driveway at 6.
It's 15 here with a wind chill of 8!!!
