With the election coming, I ask those of you who wish to to join me in prayer for the election.

And while as a nation we have often forsaken Thee and deserve your just judgment, we know that Thou art merciful as well as mighty. Be merciful to our nation, Lord.
Raise up leaders who seek to do Thy will. And help us on this day, and ever day, to rest in the knowledge that Thou art sovereign in Your providence and perfect in all of Your ways.

Lord we pray that our forces would stand up to the Enemy and Destroy him. Lord we pray that you will show your Power and Mercy to this Land.
Lord we know that you are in control and pray that your hand would move across this land to bring out your saints and hold back the enemy. Lord we pray that you show your power once again. We pray that you would bring Healing and Unity among your followers.
We pray a protection over our soldiers in harms way.

In the still of this hour I come to You , with thanksgiving and a sacrifice of Praise. You O Lord are Soverign and worthy to be praised.
You know all of the affairs of men. You knew before the foundations of this earth, every detail that concerns us.
I ask in the Precious Name of Jesus Christ, Your Risen Son, for Your perfect Will to be done this day in our country's election process. Lord may evil's ugly hand be stayed. May the Name of Jesus Christ be glorified and may our land KNOW that You indeed are Lord , this day.
Provide us miracles in election after election, even those races where it looks like the enemy has a complete victory.
Oh God, I lift my eyes to Your Hills this morning, as I know my help cometh from You alone.
Be with everyone today on this forum. May Your peace, and a spirit of Hope permeate our beings as we start this day. Remove all fear and doubt Lord Jesus.We know you are soon to return and take us to be with Yourself. What a glorious and blessed event that will be.

May others everywhere realize they can make their own homelands prosperous like America by holding to the eternal principles we aspire to.
May the citizens of "Third World" countries realize they don't need to subsidize the economies of tyrants and thugs with American dollars, if they will apply the same principles.
May they be proud enough of their homeland that they will stay and fight for the weak and helpless there--and may we in America stand with them for the betterment of all humanity!

Someday I might understand why the Republicans did not play up the judge/Senate connection during this campaign season. It is almost as if they ran away from their conservative base while the democrats were trying to discourage that same base.
Hopefully, their last few days of catch-up will make the difference.
My fear is that they trying to see if they could make it without the religious conservatives so they wouldn't be beholden to them.
They can't.
